Based on the actual CPI data of Anhui Province from January 2010 to August 2018, this paper constructs a price in
dex prediction model based on non-stationary time series analysis (ARIMA)and conducts empirical analysis. The results show
that the absolute and relative absolute errors of the model are within a small fluctuation range. This shows that the model fits
well and the predicted value approaches the true value. Finally, the CPI data from September to November 2018 in Anhui
Province is predicted using this model.

Abstract: Forming admission scores of universities is a complicated social psychological process. Based on the Theory of Motivation, Planned Behavior Theory and Triandis Model, this paper establishes an integrated theoretical analysis framework, systematically analyzes the mechanism and the influencing factors of the attitude, the intention and the behavior of applying for majors, and models a structural equation according to the surveyed data. This paper also offers some counter-measures and suggestions to increase the applying rate of application-oriented universities.

Abstract: Based on the theory of dynamic game, this paper analyzes the evolutionary game relationship between regulators and people忆s livelihood financial institutions. Through the evolutionary game theory, the key factors affecting the stability of the game model and the equilibrium stability strategy of the two main bodies are obtained. The research shows that rent-seeking variables play a key role in the evolution of game behavior and the formation of equilibrium and stability strategy. Strengthening supervision is not necessarily the most efficient way to solve people忆s livelihood financial problems. Appropriate punishment intensity can effectively adjust the evolution of game behavior. Through further analysis, this paper puts forward some suggestions,so as to provide reference for promoting the innovation, coordination, orderly and efficient development of the national people’s livelihood finance and supervision mode.

The almond-based activated carbon was used as adsorbent for treating low phenol concentration wastewater; the adsorption equilibrium experiments data were fitted with Langmuir, Freundlich, pseudo-first order and pseudo-second order equations. The results showed that adsorption equilibrium data fit Langmuir model. Equilibrium adsorption capacity decreased with the increasing temperature in low concentration. However, it related to "adsorption-desorption" balance when phenol concentration was higher. The adsorption process could be described by pseudo-second order kinetic model well, and chemical adsorption was the rate-limiting step.

nano-thermite has attracted wide attention due to its high heat released and fast combustion speed. In this paper, clubbed MoO3 with homogenous morphology was prepared by hydrothermal method at pH=1, reaction temperature 180°C and reaction time 24 h. Then Al/MoO
3
nanocomposite coatings were assembled by electrophoretic deposition. Moreover, themorphology, structure, output of heat and combustion properties of the prepared samples were analyzed comprehensively. The results show that when the voltage is 200 V, the electrophoresis time is 10 min, the concentration of polyethyleneimine (PEI) is 1% and the ratio of two components is 2.13, the heat released of Al/MoO
3
thermite reaches 3555 J/g, and the combustionphenomenon is violent. It is indicated that the micro-morphology and reaction ratio between Al and MoO
3
have significant effect on the reaction performance of the Al/MoO
3
thermite.

In recent years, carbon nanotubes derivatives become the research focus because of their unique physical and chemical characteristics and broad application prospect. Functionalized carbon nanotubes were synthetized mainly by the methods of
covalent bond and non-covalent bond. The former is the use of carbon nanotubes produced oxidation with other functional active groups occurring etherification, amidation, alkylation and in-situ polymerization reaction; The latter makes organic functional group molecular winding, coating or grafted in carbon nanotubes surface by non-covalent bond. In this paper, the synthesis methods of carbon nanotubes derivatives are reviewed, especially the methods of covalent bond and non-covalent bond are introduced. The existing problems of the synthesis methods are also analyzed. In the meantime, the application prospect of nanotubes derivatives is discussed.

The finite element analysis of the Baja racing car's brake and its connection piece has been completed. The UG software is used to establish the connection piece 3D model, which is imported into ANSYS workbench to carry out its structural statics analysis, and the structure of the connection piece is checked and optimized. The main improvement scheme is to add ribs in places where stress concentration occurs and to hollow out properly. The modal analysis of the brake disc is carried out; the natural frequency of the brake disc is calculated, and the vibration mode is analyzed. The results show that the reason for the brake disc falling off is not the resonance torsion between the brake disc and the outside world, but the brake disc is subjected to a large axial force when driving, which acts on the rivet connecting the brake disc and causes the rivet to fail. The analysis results can provide reference for the design of the Baja racing car's brake and its connection piece.

This device takes STM32 MCU as the control core and realizes gesture training and recognition based on FDC2214 as the main module. The four plates are used to divide the proportional region for judgment, which is helpful for gesture judgment,reducing randomness error and enhancing reliability. In the device, Kalman filter algorithm is used for waveform filtering processing to alleviate the roughness of waveform measurement and bubble sorting algorithm is adopted to judge the difference value and strengthen the measurement accuracy. A gesture testing platform is built and corresponding data is tested. The results show that the designed gesture recognition device can train and distinguish gestures and complete the requirements of the question.

The crosshead is an essential power transmission component in reciprocating pump and it is under sliding friction in a working cycle. The mechanical efficiency and effective life of reciprocating pump is influenced by the friction loss. Studying the equation of motion of crosshead, the formula for calculating sliding friction is obtained by using MATLAB; the maximum sliding friction and the position of crank are given. Meanwhile, the friction loss of the cross head is further calculated, which provides reference for the wear analysis and lubrication design of crosshead.

According to the characteristics of multi-robot superposition motion coordination, a path planning method based on OpenHRP platform for multi-robot cooperative superimposed motion was proposed. Course scheduling in colleges and universities is complicated and tedious. Scientific arrangement of teaching sites and experimental equipment can improve the teaching effect. Based on the study of various constraints of the course scheduling
system in colleges and universities, the structural equation model (SEM)of the course scheduling system is constructed by
using AMOS software to solve the direct and indirect effects of key factors on the course scheduling system in colleges and
universities. The results show that the maximum path coefficient of performance input query management is 0.754, followed by
teaching plan management 0.665, curriculum information management 0.547, and the minimum impact is teacher-student
evaluation management, with a value of 0.403. Accordingly, it provides countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the
reform of education and teaching, improving the quality of teaching and avoiding resource waste.

A vehicle classification model based on deep learning is proposed to deal with complex traffic scenes. The model consists of two parts: vehicle detection model and classification model. A region-based convolutional neural network (R-CNN)method is used in the vehicle detection model to extract a single vehicle image from a disorderly background image. This step provides data for the next classification model. In the vehicle classification model, an image of a vehicle is included into a CNN model and a feature is produced, and then a joint Bayesian network is used to implement the classification process. Experiments show that the method can effectively identify vehicle structures and models in traffic images.

Abstract: The advent of MOOC brings the traditional teaching mode new chances as well as challenges. However, it is difficult
to provide a complete learning experience due to the lack of face-to-face communication. SPOC not only utilizes the advantages of MOOC, but also it deeply integrates the traditional classroom teaching of higher education. Therefore, to solve the problem in this topic, a blended teaching mode is designed based on SPOC in this study. The teaching and learning process is reconstructed by combining online learning and offline learning, integrating classroom teaching with flipped classroom, and complementing classroom and extracurricular. To validate the proposed blended teaching mode based on SPOC, the C language programming course is carefully chosen in this study. The influence of blended teaching mode on learners忆learning behavior and learning effect is investigated from the aspects of learners忆learning behavior, school record and learning evaluation. The results show that the teaching effect of blended teaching mode is better than that of traditional teaching mode, and it has a postive impact on improving learners忆learning participation and self-regulated learning ability.
