Abstract: ABAQUS has high application value in engineering structure analysis. This paper takes the rotor of DD frequency conversion direct drive motor in washing machine as the research object, creatively applies the ABAQUS software analysis technology, calculates and analyzes whether the strength of motor rotor meets the requirement of safe use under three different working conditions of rotating speed and torque, and prevent the improper design of the motor in the use of safety risks. The application of ABAQUS finite element analysis can improve the reliability of the design of washing machine motor, shorten the development period, and provide technical reference for the design and optimization design of direct-drive motor with frequency conversion of washing machine.
