Taking "six learning" as the starting point, this paper analyzes the meme fission communication and audience-oriented communication characteristics of the popular Internet meme. Focusing on the hidden problems exposed in the process of network meme communication, this paper puts forward solutions from three aspects: new media, KOL ecology and the new and old discourse system, in the hope of improving the network public opinion environment.

"Wuchang Taiping Lantern" is one of the main types of the national intangible cultural heritage "Dongzhi Lantern". It has a long history and rich meanings. It integrates the original cultural symbols such as folk songs and dances, original crafts and religious beliefs. It embodies the collective memory of the local people and reflects the spiritual outlook of the working people. The research on "Taiping Lantern" takes into account both diachronic and synchronic perspectives. On the one hand, through the description of "space", the research explores its historical origin and reveals its spatial state and regional structure of occurrence and development in "change" and "invariance"; on the other hand, its deductive form is interpreted to decipher the multicultural connotations contained therein, and identify the "idol" and "reality" according to the universality of the ritual, which is beneficial to the exploration of inheritance and the protection of the regional and minority intangible cultural heritage represented by the "Wuchang Taiping Lantern".

In this study, acicular goethite FeOOH was prepared via a surfactant-assisted hydrothermal method,and the phase composition and morphology of the FeOOH specimens were studied by means of XRD, SEM and TEM. The effects of hydrothermal temperature, hydrothermal time and different surfactants on the structure and the purity of FeOOH specimens were investigated systematically. It was found that only the Fe2O3 phase but no FeOOH phase can be found in the specimen if not using the addition of any surfactant. The best experimental conditions for the high-purity, high-crystallization and uniform -FeOOH are that the CTAB   cetyltrimethylammonium bromide of 0.2 g or 0.3 g was used as the surfactant, and the temperature conditions were at 180 reaction 2 h.

The application of three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy in the analysis of organic pollutants in water bodies has been studied. Through the characterization of the characteristic fluorescence spectra of different organic pollutants in sewage, the identification and traceability of the pollutants can be quickly and efficiently realized. The current commonly used three-dimensional fluorescence fingerprint analysis methods are introduced, and the correlation between the fluorescence properties of DOM in sewage and organic pollution indicators are discussed. The application status of three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum analysis technology in sewage treatment is discussed, and its application prospects in the field of sewage treatment are predicted.

On the basis of literature review, this paper analyzes the background of Hefei city cultural brand construction from the aspects of economy, society, culture and policy,exposes the main deficiencies through questionnaires, puts forward the positioning orientation of a famous city with the Chaohu Lake, filial piety, integrity, innovation, and puts forward reasonable suggestions on utilization of city resources, brand building content, brand communication and maintenance, in order to provide reference for the research and practice of city cultural brand building.

The Tangshan mine disaster in 1920 was the most serious coal mine gas explosion in modern China. In international business activities like capital venture, public offerings, transnational M&A, financing, real estate transactions, the lexical deficiency often appears in the translation of business English documents. Based on the functional equivalence theory, the translation circle at home and abroad has rendered this phenomenon fundamental research. Taking the business document on the website of U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as the main example, which contains compound words with bring-down, we find understandi ng and translating accurately the compound words can help deduce the corresponding Chinese words for bring-down. Throug h practical analysis, literal translation cannot resolve the lexical deficiency effectively, whereas transliteration, free translation and substitution can help readers comprehensively understand the meanings of the compound words. Based on translation practice, the amplification with business background can best solve the problem of lexical deficiency.

The interactive influence of politics and education is reflected in the evolution of primary school layout in Hefei County in the early period of Nanjing National Government（1927—1931）. Under the "province-prefecturecounty" three-level administrative division of Beiyang Government（1912—1928）, there were at least 100 primary schools in Hefei County. Their urban-rural ratio was about 29.9%, and their ownerships were complicated. After the establishment of Nanjing National Government, the local political structure was re-established. In this context, the number of primary schools in Hefei County was reduced to 67, and the urban-rural ratio of primary schools was increased slightly; there was a trend of primary schools becoming public schools, but the actual situation was still complicated. During this period, many primary schools formed school districts, and different school districts formed local educational administrative divisions in Hefei County, which became the basis of local administrative divisions in Hefei County, and directly affected the local administrative structure of Feidong, Feixi and Changfeng counties.

This paper analyzes the entertainment-oriented rewriting in subtitles of Spider-Man: Homecoming. Through the analysis of reasons for rewriting and the phenomenon of improper entertainment-ori- ented rewriting in the Chinese version, this paper provides some reference for entertainment-oriented rewriting on the subtitles translation, aiming to promote film translation from English to Chinese.

With the rapid development of Internet information technology, "web celebrity economy"arises and quietly influences the interaction form and consumption behavior of users. This paper selects four variables of media image, precision marketing, interactive communication and niche circle as the entry point, and uses the structural equation model to empirically analyze the impact of "web celebrity economy" marketing mode on college students' actual consumption behavior. The research shows that the promotion of precision marketing and niche circle will stimulate the actual consumption behavior of college students, while the influence of media image and interactive communication is not significant. Finally, combined with the research conclusions, the paper puts forward some suggestions for the future development of "web celebrity economy" marketing model.

Bletilla striata polysaccharide has many applications and development prospects in medicine and food science. In this experiment, the polysaccharides from Bletilla striata were extracted by ultrasonic-assisted extraction method. The single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment were used to find the best conditions and then identified its structure. The traditional water extraction method and ultrasonic extraction method were used to compare antioxidant activity of Bletilla striata polysaccharide. According to the data, the optimal extraction process conditions were obtained: the ultrasonic power was 400 W, the ratio of material to liquid was 1:35 g/mL, and the ultrasonic time was 50 min. The yield of the polysaccharide was 8.18% + 0.04% under this condition. The scavenging rate of DPPH?and?OH of Bletilla striata polysaccharide by ultrasonic-assisted extraction method was higher than
by traditional water extraction method. The polysaccharides obtained by the two extraction methods showed no significant difference in ABTS+?clearance rate, and none of them had O2-?clearing ability.

From the perspective of art, custom painting reflects the aesthetic fashion of different classes in society. This paper attempts to combine the golden periods of the development of custom painting in the history of Chinese and Western art: China's Song Dynasty and the Netherlands in the 17th Century. From the perspective of art sociology, it tries to see how Chinese and Western custom paintings constructed aesthetic values and dealt with the interaction between the function of custom painting and the motivation of creation, in order to form a new understanding of custom painting.

As a type of unearthed documents, inscriptions are important materials for the study of ancient languages, history, and culture. Characters of popular forms are the supplement and reserve force of the orthographic system. Following the trend of the Han, Wei and Six Dynasties, the characters of popular forms in the Northern Zhou and Sui dynasties are still complex, which is a valuable material for the study of Chinese character history. It is the variety of styles and strange shapes that make it difficult to interpret the stele inscriptions during this period, and the collections of the inscriptions often misinterpret the characters of popular forms. This paper selects twelve characters of popular forms among them and corrects with evidence their faulty interpretation, providing reference for the study of modern Chinese characters and the history of Chinese characters.

Governor and grand secretary is known as a grand secretary who also serves as a local governor. As the reform and innovation of the system of grand secretaries by the Yongzheng and Qianlong Emperors, the governor and grand secretaries first appeared in the late years of Yongzheng period, and they were active in the middle and late Qing dynasty. By analyzing the information of 12 governor and grand secretaries in Qianlong period, including their employment background, official career and on-duty information, this group turned out to be a high-quality bureaucratic group with outstanding ability, great military achievement, and abundant experience. In the light of the patronage, and with the help of text analysis and the answer from Ken Liu, the paper aims to analyze the English translation of gender in Si Shen Yong Sheng and research how the translator Ken Liu communicates and cooperates with the editor Liz, the representative of the publisher, and the author Liu Cixin in order to achieve the translation ecobalance in the translation community.

In conclusion, this study obtains evidence of the impact of financial information on investors, which could help us better understand the relationship between financial information disclosure and investor decision-making and the law of supply and demand for comprehensive income accounting information, as well as provide reference for further revision and improvement of comprehensive income accounting rules.

There have always been two different views in the theoretical cycle on the legal attribute of state-owned land use right transfer contracts, namely civil contracts and administrative agreements. In judicial practice, some disputes of state-owned land use right transfer contracts are solved through civil litigation and administrative litigation. Analyzed from legal attribute of contracting parties, purpose of contract, self-determination scope of content and rights and obligations of both parties to the contract, state-owned land use right transfer tracts should be classified as administrative agreements. There exist problems if land use right transfer contract disputes are solved through sole civil litigation or sole administrative litigation. Litigation path should be determined in accordance with the subject identity of prosecutors and nature of the dispute within the scope of mixed dispute resolution path. In addition, with added mechanisms of "reverse litigation", "administrative mediation" under administrative litigation paths and "incidental administrative review" mechanism under the civil litigation path, mixed litigation paths become a clearer and smoother way.

This device takes STM32 MCU as the control core and realizes gesture training and recognition based on FDC2214 as the main module. The four plates are used to divide the proportional region for judgment, which is helpful for gesture judgment,reducing randomness error and enhancing reliability. In the device, Kalman filter algorithm is used for waveform filtering processing to alleviate the roughness of waveform measurement and bubble sorting algorithm is adopted to judge the difference value and strengthen the measurement accuracy. A gesture testing platform is built and corresponding data is tested. The results show that the designed gesture recognition device can train and distinguish gestures and complete the requirements of the question.
