往复泵十字头摩擦损耗计算

十字头是往复泵中重要的传动部件,运动过程中受到滑动摩擦力,摩擦损耗影响着往复泵的机械效率和有效寿命。通过建立十字头的运动方程,利用MATLAB 求解出滑动摩擦力的计算公式,并确定最大滑动摩擦力的大小及曲柄位置,进一步计算了十字头摩擦损耗,为十字头的磨损分析及润滑设计提供重要参考。

CALCULATION OF FRICTION LOSS OF RECIPROCATING PUMP CROSSHEAD

The crosshead is an essential power transmission component in reciprocating pump and it is under sliding friction in a working cycle. The mechanical efficiency and effective life of reciprocating pump is influenced by the friction loss. Studying the equation of motion of crosshead, the formula for calculating sliding friction is obtained by using MATLAB; the maximum sliding friction and the position of crank are given. Meanwhile, the friction loss of the cross head is further calculated, which provides reference for the wear analysis and lubrication design of crosshead.
