With the continuous advancement of internet technology, live commerce has emerged as one of the mainstream ways of online shopping. The anchor's proficiency in promoting products significantly influences the revenue generated from live streams. In light of this, the study adopts empirical research methods, using Para-social Interaction (PSI) as the theoretical foundation. It investigates the impact of anchor worship on consumer purchase intentions and its underlying mechanisms, with perceived trust and identification serving as mediators. Analysis of 478 valid questionnaire responses was conducted using SPSS software, and structural equation modeling was performed with AMOS software to test the relationships. The findings reveal that anchor worship, perceived trust, and identification significantly affect purchase intentions. Both perceived trust and identification mediate the relationship between anchor worship and consumer purchase intentions. Furthermore, by integrating worship theory into the analysis of consumer purchase intentions, this research broadens the scope of consumer behavior studies.

ZHANG Yu-qian, CHEN Wen-xing
Journal of Chaohu University    2024, 26 (2): 24-34.   DOI: 10.12152/j.issn.1672-2868.2024.02.004
Abstract345)      PDF(pc) (1474KB)(2406)       Save
Betrothal gifts hold an indispensable role in the marriage customs of many regions, leading to frequent disputes over their return. Due to the overly simplistic legislative provisions on the return of betrothal gifts and the diverse customs across different regions, courts face significant variability in the factors they consider when handling such disputes, affecting the consistency of judicial decisions. This study focuses on judicial decisions in Fujian Province, analyzing the shortcomings in the adjudication of betrothal gift return disputes. It suggests that, based on defining the nature and scope of betrothal gifts, courts should reference local customs to clarify the circumstances under which betrothal gifts should be returned. Additionally, the study explores the proportion of betrothal gift returns in conjunction with local customs and proposes a unified standard for determining "financial hardship". These measures aim to further improve the rules for the return of betrothal gifts through the integration of law and custom.

Abstract496)      PDF(pc) (1189KB)(1807)       Save
The issue of identity recognition in the social integration process of urban new immigrants is related to social stability and development. It is of great significance to explore the influencing factors, process, and mechanism of this group's identity recognition in the context of a media society. This study uses questionnaire survey data from four cities in the Yangtze River Delta region and employs a structural equation model to investigate urban new immigrants' use of new media and explore the relationship path of its impact on their local identity recognition through the two mediating factors of psychological capital and social distance. The results show that the degree of new media use by urban new immigrants can enhance their psychological capital and reduce their social distance with local residents, and the reduction of social distance with local residents can enhance their local identity recognition. Although the degree of new media use cannot directly affect the local identity recognition of urban new immigrants, it can indirectly affect their identity recognition with social distance as a mediator and psychological capital—social distance as a chain mediator. The revelation of this mechanism can help inspire urban new immigrants to empower themselves through the use of new media, and can also provide reference for communities to use new media to build platforms conducive to the social integration of this group.

Journal of Chaohu University    2024, 26 (3): 1-9.   DOI: 10.12152/j.issn.1672-2868.2024.03.001
Abstract521)      PDF(pc) (2889KB)(1682)       Save
Utilizing spatial syntax theory and field research, this study employs AutoCAD and Depthmap software to analyze the morphological variables of Hongtuan Village and Zhangtuan Village. By examining these two villages, the research aims to elucidate the spatial characteristics and inherent socio-cultural aspects of traditional "Nine Dragons Around a Pearl" villages, thereby validating the rationality and effectiveness of this planning approach in the construction of traditional village spatial forms. Based on the current conditions of the villages, feasible suggestions are proposed to optimize the spatial layout of traditional villages. The results indicate that both Hongtuan Village and Zhangtuan Village exhibit high integration within their interiors, with the main axis being the most trafficked and well-connected space, demonstrating good accessibility. Conversely, the connection between the village periphery and its interior is relatively weak, which somewhat hinders the overall development of the villages. The comprehensibility of both villages is low, making it difficult to gain a clear understanding of the overall spatial structure from one part. Based on the spatial syntax analysis results, optimization strategies for the spatial morphology of Hongtuan Village and Zhangtuan Village are proposed from the perspectives of restoring street texture, protecting spatial landscapes, and revitalizing public spaces.

The Construction of Collective Memory: A Practical Approach to Strengthening the Sense of Community of the Chinese Nation through the Spirit of Red Sports
ZHOU Xue-hua, XU Sha
Journal of Chaohu University    2024, 26 (3): 88-94.   DOI: 10.12152/j.issn.1672-2868.2024.03.011
Abstract267)      PDF(pc) (1057KB)(1677)       Save
Grounded in the theory of collective memory, this paper employs methods such as literature review and logical analysis to dissect the elements of the collective memory associated with the spirit of red sports. It elucidates the coupling relationship between the spirit of red sports and the sense of community of the Chinese nation, and subsequently proposes practical approaches to reinforcing this sense of community through the spirit of red sports. The study posits that the collective memory of the red sports spirit is manifested in three dimensions: symbolic memory, characterized by external expressions and symbolic markers; episodic memory, conveyed through detailed narratives and realistic extensions; and value memory, derived from cultural accumulation and core extraction. The relationship between the red sports spirit and the sense of community of the Chinese nation is dynamic, coupled, and symbiotic, marked by homogeneity in connotation, shared cultural origins, aligned practical directions, and unified values. To promote the reinforcement of the sense of community of the Chinese nation through the spirit of red sports, three pathways are proposed: awakening symbolic memory to activate the cognition of the Chinese national community, reviving episodic memory to solidify the emotions of the Chinese national community, and internalizing value memory to shape the identity of the Chinese national community.

Journal of Chaohu University    2024, 26 (2): 1-8.   DOI: 10.12152/j.issn.1672-2868.2024.02.001
Abstract405)      PDF(pc) (931KB)(1655)       Save
The dialect in the Chaohu Lake is a significant representation of the culture around the Chaohu Lake. With economic and social development, the current status of dialect use and attitudes towards dialect have evolved. The study finds that age, occupation, and education level influence the frequency and scope of dialect use. Most respondents prefer to speak Mandarin rather than dialect with younger generations, leading to a decline in the number of children using dialect and placing the Jianghuai dialect of the Chaohu Lake Basin in a potentially endangered state. While most respondents agree that the dialect is an important part of traditional culture, many believe that the dialect is no longer useful in daily life. Based on the survey of the current status of and attitudes towards dialect in the Chaohu Lake Basin, the study puts forward suggestions for the protection and inheritance of the dialect, considering their endangered status and social functions. These suggestions are presented from three aspects: policy proposals, path selection, and specific measures.

The innovative theories of the Communist Party of China (CPC) serve as the ideological cornerstone for guiding youth in political matters. Equipping young people with these theories necessitates using language and methods that resonate with them, thereby effectively conveying the Party's innovative theories in a youth-friendly manner. Immersive experience programs, which are well-received by young people, provide a distinctive medium for this youth-oriented interpretation. However, the integration of immersive experiences into the youth-oriented interpretation of these theories faces practical challenges such as misinterpretation, deviation, and distortion. To address these issues, it is essential to adhere to the interpretative goal of "cultivating talent for the Party", harness the collective power of "empowerment and integration" in interpretation, and create interpretative contexts that encourage co-creation among young people.

A gravity model was constructed based on the comprehensive city quality and the bidirectional time distance to analyze the spatial and temporal pattern of the economic relations between Hefei and Nanjing two cities. The spatial structure of the urban economic network was explored by social network analysis. The findings are as follows: The economic connection strength of Hefei–Nanjing metropolitan area is led by two cores, with a "strong east, weak west" and "strong central, weak north and south" pattern; The interaction among circles is weak, and the potential for coordinated development in the intersection area is huge; The positive externality of economic network connection in Hefei has not been fully developed. The economic network is getting more closely connected, but not to a high level, and the structural stability is weak; The resource radiation capacity of the metropolitan area is stronger than its resource agglomeration capacity on the whole; The situation of the core city being "dominant" has changed, and the imbalance of regional economic connections has been improved. The geographical proximity of the cohesive subgroups is strong, but the composition of the cities is unstable, and the cohesion of the subgroups within the Nanjing metropolitan area is relatively strong. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the inter-circle connection, create integrated transportation, build a scientific and technological innovation community, and jointly promote the city-industry integration.

The paper is based on A-share stock market data from 2010 to 2022 in the CSMAR database, and uses JT investment strategy to quantitatively analyze the momentum effect and reversal effect of stocks under different noise levels in China's stock market. It is found that: In A-share stock market, there is a significant momentum effect in low-noise trading stocks at the monthly level, while a significant reversal effect exists in high-noise stocks, the returns cannot be explained by the Fama-French three-factor model; The margin trading policy significantly reduces the reversal effect under high noise, but cannot reduce the momentum effect under low noise; Based on the existence of information delay in the market, the noise trading of a large number of individual investors in the stock market has promoted the formation of the reversal effect at the monthly level, masking the original momentum effect of the stock market, and leading to the widespread existence of the reversal effect and the partial existence of the momentum effect in the Chinese stock market. Finally, based on the conclusions of the article, relevant policy suggestions are proposed: Enhance investors' relevant knowledge education; Improve the margin trading system and expand the coverage of the target stocks for margin trading; Strengthen the information disclosure mechanism of listed companies.

Image style transfer has an important application in the field of art painting, and the existing art painting style transfer algorithms cannot well transfer the unique strokes and the contour features of the objects in the image of a specific-style work. In order to achieve better style transfer effect, a style transfer method for art painting images based on stroke and contour constraints is proposed. A pre-trained edge detector is used to extract the stroke features of the style image and the content image, and a loss function is designed to emphasize the stroke consistency between the two; erosion and blurring techniques are used to simulate the diffusion effect of pigments in oil paintings, and contour constraints are imposed on the object contours in the content image. The multi-head attention mechanism is introduced into the generative network to focus on key stylistic features, and the loss function adopts Smooth L1 instead of L1 to improve the training stability. The algorithm is mainly compared with CycleGAN in the experiments on the Van Gogh painting image dataset. The evaluation metric FID is reduced by 9%; SSIM is improved by 11.8%; PSNR is improved by 3.9%; and the human subjective evaluation is also significantly higher. The experimental results show that the algorithm has better style transfer effect than CycleGAN.

The cross-cultural and intercultural study of The Book of Songs represents a significant new perspective in the research history of this classic text. This approach offers important breakthroughs both in the interpretation of individual poems and in the reevaluation of the intrinsic value of The Book of Songs. The poem Ye You Si Jun encapsulates rich cultural connotations related to "deer", which are closely associated with themes of marriage and love. These connotations include, the tradition of gift-giving as an expression of affection, marriage customs, and totem worship. These cultural elements not only corroborate the marriage and love themes of the poem but also clarify the rituals and customs depicted in The Book of Songs, thereby laying a documentary foundation for further research.

With irony, Julian Barnes builds multi-dimensional space of A History of the World in 10?Chapters on four layers, and manifests its polyphonic meanings: It parodies official history on the layer of structure and narrative mode; by using repetitive images, it negates progressiveness of history; it presents inter-questionable and dialogical concepts in a single story through the insufficiency of language; in the metaphysical sense, it denies the possibility of resolving contradictions. By means of irony, in this work the author fights against mainstream authoritative discourse and shows his distaste of reality; at the same time, he questions ultimate truth and reveals his disbelief of the ideal world. Built multi-dimensionally, this novel metaphorizes and symbolizes the complexity of the world and the absurdity of human existence. Irony is the paintbrush for Barnes to draw the complexity and absurdity of the world, but also the weapon to fight against absurdity so to find the meaning of individual and community existence.

This paper addresses the issue of not being able to quickly determine the parameters of the main spring under the required static stiffness during the early design stage of the rubber suspension of the powertrain, and improving its fatigue life. A method using Taguchi design and finite element analysis is proposed. Orthogonal experimental design of rubber suspension parameters is conducted using Minitab, and a finite element model is established in ABAQUS to analyze the vertical (V-direction) static stiffness of the suspension. The goal is to improve the number of fatigue lives under the condition of meeting the set target stiffness of the suspension. Through regression analysis, the relationship between vertical static stiffness, fatigue life, and various parameters is obtained, and the response function of stiffness and fatigue life is established. Using the response optimizer, the parameters of the main spring are obtained. Through finite element analysis, it is found that the fatigue life of the suspension has increased by 62.76% within the allowable range of static stiffness, providing a reference for the early design and development of rubber suspensions.

Abstract307)      PDF(pc) (1901KB)(1364)       Save
Remote sensing image classification is an important method to distinguish different types of targets according to the different features reflected in the image information. When traditional convolutional networks solve this kind of problem, it could easily cause network degradation and increase the amount of calculation due to the deepening of depth. In view of this, the paper proposes an improved structural model of residual network to enhance the classification performance of the network. Firstly, a 3D neural network and a residual neural network are used to extract features from the Salinas scene dataset to reduce the data volume. Then a channel attention mechanism is added to the residual neural network to improve the efficient recognition of hyperspectral image feature weights. Finally, a comparison experiment between the 3D neural network and the residual neural network is conducted, and the results show that the optimized residual network is more efficient.

The spatial distribution and migration characteristics of As (arsenic) in soil–tea tree of selenium-enriched tea garden were investigated by microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. The results showed that the average soil As content in the sample area was No.4 > No.2 > No.1 > No.3, and the highest value of As content in tea garden soil was 3.3337 mg/kg, which met the soil environmental quality standard. The distribution order of As content in tea plant from high to low was fibrous root > main root main stem > old leaf > tea leaf; the As enrichment coefficient of tea plant to soil was fibrous root > main root > main stem old leaf > lateral stem > new leaf. When the tea plant was polluted by arsenic, its root had buffer and barrier effect on preventing arsenic from migrating upward. The migration ability of main stem old leaf > lateral stem > new leaf, which means that the migration ability of main stem and old leaf was stronger. The As content of tea ranged from 0.0448 to 0.106 mg/kg, which was lower than the limit value. The daily intake of As content accounted for 0.09%~0.25% of ADI, so the health risk of drinking tea was low.

In 1926, after the "Five Provinces Alliance" led by Sun Chuanfang was defeated by the National Revolutionary Army, three remnants of the coalition army passed through or stationed in Huizhou for a period of up to three months, causing a significant impact on the local social order. Huizhou society has suffered the most severe damage since the Xiantong War, which not only has a significant impact on economic development and people's lives, but even the long-standing Huizhou culture has suffered significant setbacks. To this end, local and foreign residents of Huizhou are doing their best to carry out post disaster reconstruction work, while also calling on all parties to intervene in negotiations with Sun Chuanfang to minimize losses. The military disaster in Huizhou from 1926 to 1927 reflected the impact of the Beiyang warlords on traditional society under the changing social order, and also reflected that the Beiyang army, which could not protect the environment and the people, was inevitably eliminated by the revolutionary forces formed by the revolutionary army and the righteous people.

The Lienü Zhuan sections in the four local chronicles of Baoding from the Ming and Qing Dynasties include numerous accounts of officially recognized women's deeds. This paper examines the criteria for women's inclusion in these biographies and summarizes the reasons and impacts. Generally, only women who exhibited chastity, filial piety, intelligence, longevity, or had many children were eligible for inclusion in the Lienü Zhuan. The variations in categories and numbers of women listed across different chronicles reflect changes in the standards for evaluating women and also indicate shifts in the historical context. Given the formulaic nature of the Lienü Zhuan in local chronicles, the deeds of the women included should be examined from multiple dimensions and not simply viewed as instances of coercion and oppression.

As the backbone of the real economy, the manufacturing industry relies on digital information technology to drive its transformation and upgrading, thereby improving quality and efficiency. This is crucial for achieving high-quality economic development of China. Focusing on Anhui Province, this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation system for the digital economy and manufacturing transformation. Using the entropy weight -TOPSIS method and the coupling coordination degree model, we calculate the development levels and coupling coordination degrees of these two aspects in Anhui Province from 2011 to 2020. Additionally, we employ the grey correlation model to identify key influencing factors. The results indicate that both the digital economy and manufacturing transformation levels in Anhui Province exhibit a growing trend, with the coupling coordination degree between them increasing annually. The high degree of grey correlation suggests that they have entered a stage of positive interaction. Therefore, it is imperative to align with the trends of digital economy development, strengthen top-level design, solidify the development foundation, enhance innovation leadership, empower industrial transformation, boost manufacturing resilience, and improve competitive advantage. These measures will provide valuable references for promoting the synergistic optimization of China's digital economy and manufacturing transformation.

The poetry collections of talented women in the Ming and Qing dynasties were mostly compiled by their male relatives, and the phenomenon of deletion and modification was very common. Taking the famous female poet Wang Duan's Zi Ran Hao Xue Zhai Poems as an example, in the year following her death, which was the nineteenth year of the Daoguang reign (1839), her husband's family and her natal family respectively published two versions: a ten-volume edition by Chen Wenshu and a five-volume edition by the Wang family's Zhen Qi Tang, with significant differences in content. The ten-volume edition fully includes Wang Duan's poetry, while the fivevolume edition has many deletions and modifications. These two versions create different images of Wang Duan, reflecting the views of editors Chen Wenshu and Wang Shisun based on different perspectives. Chen Wenshu placed personal feelings and self-identity on talented women and female texts, while Wang Shisun emphasized family and regional identity in relation to talented women and their works. Wang Shisun subtly downplayed the traces of the Chen family and highlighted the presence of the Wang family when editing the poetry collection, which can be seen as a struggle between these two views on talented women in the field of female poetry collection compilation.

In order to reduce the damage of solar thermal radiation to the human body, a large amount of the Earth's resources have been consumed. Currently, it is imperative to research novel environmentally friendly thermal shielding materials. The study uses orthogonal experimental method to study the effects of solvent carrier type, dispersant type, modification time, and ball milling time on the dispersion stability of cesium tungsten bronze(GTO) in methyl methacrylate(MMA). Further research was conducted on the influence of different ratios of GTO/PMMA composite materials on the thermal insulation effect, and their thermal insulation mechanism was analyzed. The microscopic morphology and near-infrared absorption performance of the samples were characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM) and ultraviolet-visible light-near-infrared spectrophotometer, and the thermal insulation performance was evaluated by a self -made thermal insulation device. The experimental results show that the optimal solvent carrier is DOTP. Under the action of dispersant KENT-1103, the best stability is achieved with a ball milling time of 24 hours and an oscillation dispersion time of 24 hours. With SEM and transmission spectroscopy analysis, the PMMA-GTO composite material has good compatibility; the sample with PMMA-0.4 wt% GTO has a visible light transmittance of 39.96%, a near-infrared light barrier of 96.91%, a haze of 8.92%, and an insulation temperature of 10.1 ℃, showing the best overall performance.

The Records of the Grand Historian: Biography of Xiang Yu crafts a highly captivating and influential heroic image of Xiang Yu, laying a historical foundation for the subsequent reception of his image. In the Yuan Dynasty, the reception of Xiang Yu's image by Sanqu poets revealed a subversive reconstruction that starkly contrasted with previous eras, characterized by a pervasive and negative tone of resistance. This distinct artistic tone and literary reception, divergent from earlier periods, were caused by multiple factors, including the cultural impact of dynasty ruler, the void in personal values brought about by political changes, and the loss of traditional beliefs due to disruptions in the imperial examination system. The void in personal values led Yuan Dynasty literati towards historical nihilism, thereby rejecting worldly values. Reclusion became the spiritual haven for Yuan literati in their quest for self-value reconstruction.

The punitive damages system serves three primary functions: providing relief, imposing punishment, and acting as a deterrent. It is a crucial mechanism for promoting fair market competition and plays a significant role in maintaining competitive order. Currently, in the realm of regulating unfair competition, there are issues such as the unreasonable scope of application, unclear conditions for application, and inappropriate determination of punitive damages amounts. To address these issues, the application of the punitive damages system should be further refined. This includes rationalizing the scope of application, clarifying the conditions for application, and reasonably setting the amounts of punitive damages. These improvements could help promote fair competition and advance the economic development of our country.

As a key component of the "Double First-Class" initiative, scientific research laboratories in universities play a crucial role in bridging theory with practice, cultivating research-oriented talent, and advancing scientific research. This study examines the current operational status of scientific research laboratories in general local universities through methods including literature review and inductive analysis. It focuses on aspects such as the organizational structure and management systems of these laboratories. The study proposes several strategies, including strengthening the management and organizational structure, establishing full-time management teams for scientific research laboratories, improving basic management systems for research equipment, laboratory access, safety management, responsibility traceability, and other key areas. Furthermore, it explores the adoption of technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT) to address the existing challenges faced by scientific research laboratories.
