The historical initiative spirit is the character refined in various historical periods when the CPC led the people to work tirelessly to change the destiny of the nation and the country, is the spiritual key to continue the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, and is the logical starting point that conforms to the core values of socialism for the new era youth. The historical initiative of young people in the new era is based on the theory of critically inheriting historical materialism, nurtured on the cultural keynote of China's excellent traditional culture, and born in the historical endurance struggle. The historical initiative spirit and the unique value of ideological and political education of young people in the new era are explored, which are mainly manifested in the cognitive aspect of deepening the quality of historical materialism, the belief aspect of casting historical confidence, and the practice aspect of enhancing historical initiative. In recent years, the research on the concept of cultural memory and its carrier has become a hot topic in academia. The concept of "cultural memory" was first proposed by the German cultural scholar Jan Assmann. He drew the memory discourse into the theoretical framework of cultural studies, and expressed the cultural and identity function of memory from the external dimension of human memory. On this basis, he systematically explained the construction theory of cultural memory. In order to clarify the concept of cultural memory by Jan Assmann, this paper intends to examine the theoretical connotation of cultural memory from the spatial and temporal dimensions. It not only shows the profound space-time contained in cultural memory, witnesses the "inexhaustible visual explosive power in space" and "unweakened continuous ability in time" of cultural memory, and explains the healing power of cultural memory in time and space shuttle. At the same time, with the spatial return and time reconstruction of cultural memory as the breakthrough point, the dynamic process of the spatial and temporal construction of cultural memory is sketched out, and the meaning code of memory is broken, so as to explore the essence and significance of the theory of cultural memory theory.

Based on the strategic development of "Three Places and One District" in Anhui Province, the paper analyzes the needs and current situation of international publicity translation of the culture of the Chaohu Lake Area, and explores its contemporary value with the theory of Mona Baker's post-classical narratology. With the help of "tag frame", "time-space frame", "selective adoption frame" and "relocation frame of participants", the paper explores the value interpretation and meaning expression of the elements of landscape culture, historical culture, food culture and folk culture around Chaohu Lake, and seeks the "international expression" path of local culture translation. One goal of this paper is to prove that "translation is of great use", and another goal is to provide localization ideas for enhancing the international communication power of Huizhou culture and realizing the "going in" of Chinese culture.

By combing 360 judgments on negligent crimes, it is found that the number of cases with civil compensation without probation is much lower than that with other circumstances without probation in terms of mitigating circumstances such as voluntary confession, confession and pleading guilty. Through the data comparison and case analysis of civil compensation and victim (family member) understanding in the application of probation for negligent crimes, we can know that the two have different effects on the application of probation. In practice, the courts overemphasize the existence of civil compensation, so there exist problems of simplifying the identification of probation application for negligent crimes. The orientation of civil compensation affecting the application of probation should be a formal exterior of the penitent psychology of the defendant, rather than the substantive connotation. The court cannot judge whether the offender repents only by whether the offender has compensated, but should examine the offender's compensation ability and performance afterwards, and comprehensively determine whether the offender repents and whether probation can be applied.

With the help of big data information technology and innovative traditional financial services, digital inclusive finance can enhance financial inclusion and stimulate the growth of residents' consumption. Based on the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2011 to 2020, this paper constructs a fixed effect model to study the impact of digital inclusive finance and its first-level dimensions on the consumption of urban residents in China. By building a mediation model, the role of industrial structure in the impact mechanism of digital inclusive finance on urban residents' consumption is examined. The results show that digital inclusive finance, its first-level dimensions and industrial structure upgrading all have supporting effects on urban residents' consumption; the analysis of the role mechanism shows that digital inclusive finance can indirectly promote urban residents' consumption through industrial structure upgrading; the heterogeneity analysis finds that the supporting effect of digital inclusive finance on the consumption of urban residents in coastal, inland, and remote areas decreases in turn.

Using the development of digital economy to upgrade industry has become a key task when Anhui province is in an important stage to integrate into the Yangtze River Delta. This paper, taking Anhui province as the research object, constructs the digital economy development and industrial upgrading index system, measures the comprehensive value of the two based on the entropy weight method, and uses panel threshold regression model to study the effects of digital economy development in the whole Anhui province, southern Anhui, middle Anhui and northern Anhui on industrial upgrading from 2012 to 2019. The results show that, on the whole, both the development level of digital economy and the level of industrial upgrading are on the rise, but the regional differences are significant. Specifically, Hefei is the highest among the cities, and southern Anhui is the highest in digital economy level. The development of digital economy can significantly promote industrial upgrading, and this promoting effect has stages. Specifically, the higher the development level of digital economy, the stronger the promoting effect on industrial upgrading; but if there exist big differences between regions, the promoting effect will be reduced.

Xi Jinping's Thought on Ecological Civilization is the latest theoretical achievement of contemporary Marxism. The paper constructed coupling evaluation index system of rural vitalization and rural tourism. Based on the data from 2013 to 2020, the spatio-temporal coupling development characteristics of rural vitalization and rural tourism in Anhui Province were analyzed by means of the coupling coordination model. The results show that the comprehensive development level of rural revitalization and rural tourism is on the rise, and shows regional imbalance. Since 2016, rural revitalization has played a leading role in rural tourism. In terms of time, the coupling degree of the two systems has gone through three stages of near maladjustment, good coordination and high-quality coordination. At present, the coupling correlation is strong, and the coupling coordination degree has gone through five stages of moderate incongruity, approximate coordination, primary coordination, intermediate coordination and good coordination. The coordination degree needs to be further improved. In terms of space, affected by such factors as location conditions, socio-economic level and cultural heritage, the coupling degree and coupling coordination degree of the 16 cities in Anhui Province show a spatial distribution pattern in which the central and southern regions are higher than the northern region, with obvious spatial differentiation. In the future, it is necessary to comprehensively consider the factors including resources, industry and culture of each city to promote the coordinated development of the two systems.

This paper takes the rainstorm and flood risk of W community in Chaohu City as an example to analyze the resilience construction of W community from three aspects of economic development, social capital and community capacity from the perspective of resilient city. The study found that the development of economy, social capital and community capacity plays an important role in improving the stability, recovery and adaptability in coping with disasters, and as a result of community resilience construction, it can build a "resilient city" from the four dimensions of environmental resilience, institutional resilience, community resilience and individual resilience, and improve the modernization level of urban safety governance.

Based on the literature analysis and field investigation of the regional culture of Liu Mingchuan's hometown, this paper uses the method of landscape gene translation to do the design analysis and elaboration. Combined with the Liu Mingchuan Memorial Hall designed by Anhui Urban Construction Design and Research Institute, the design overview is analyzed from three angles: design conception, architectural form and spatial layout. At the same time, three design interpretations are proposed based on the above analysis: design translation expresses the local landscape genes; architecture is integrated in the geographical topography; space conveys the spirit of the times. This provides reference for the construction of rural memorial buildings with regional characteristics and the spirit of the times.

The paper takes China-Chile Free Trade Zone as an example to explore how China can build a highquality free trade zone with foreign countries under the regular epidemic prevention and control, and achieve winwin cooperation. Based on the quantitative description of China-Chile Free Trade Zone, the trade complementary index is used to find that China-Chile bilateral products are highly complementary, and China mainly exports products with low added value to Chile. The epidemic has a great impact on the complementarity of Chinese exports. The synthetic control method is also adopted to prove that the construction of free trade zone has indeed driven the growth of China-Chile trade flow, affirming that the establishment of free trade zone has a positive effect on the sustainable development of China's foreign trade. Finally, according to the research results, some suggestions are put forward for the development of China爷s foreign free trade zone under regular epidemic prevention and control.

On the basis of exploring the characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of dynamic poster design, this paper analyzes and studies the interactive characteristics of dynamic posters from the perspective of new media, and creatively expresses by combining visual language expression, spatial logic architecture and interactive fusion design; it provides the dynamic poster design ideas for Chinese calligraphy rings, further summarizing the design approaches and interactive design methods of dynamic posters. The practice of this design mode will provide guidance and reference for future poster design, and the methods can promote the diversified development of dynamic poster design.

This paper analyzes the impact of digital economy on the integration of traditional cultural industry and tourism in Chaohu Lake area from 2012 to 2019 based on coupling coordination degree model, and introduces social network analysis method to explore the moderating effect of economic network centrality. The results show that the integration degree of traditional cultural industry and tourism is increasing in recent years; Hefei enjoys the best performance, followed by Chaohu city, Feidong county, Changfeng county, Feixi county and Lujiang county. The development of digital economy significantly promotes the integration of traditional cultural industries and tourism; the digital economy network, tourism economy network and traditional culture economy network all present "core-edge" structure, but the density is low. The Hefei municipal district is in the core position in the three networks. The centrality of the three networks positively regulates the impact of digital economy on the integration of traditional cultural industry and tourism. Finally, policy suggestions are put forward on promoting the development of digital economy, strengthening the penetration of digital technology in traditional cultural industry and tourism, and strengthening the economic ties between regions.

The river and lake chief system, a new system that the state values, is helpful in encouraging the management of river and lake pollution, which is crucial in promoting environmental protection. With the increasingly active research on the river and lake chief system and its development, this paper sorts out and evaluates the literature and policies of the definition, construction process and main tasks of this system. Then, based on the panel data of Anhui Province from 2011 to 2021, the relationship between the implementation of the river and lake chief system and the efficiency of water resource utilization is analyzed by SBM model. The results show that the efficiency of water resource utilization in Anhui Province has been significantly improved with the implementation of the river and lake chief system. However, there are still areas worthy of improvement in the implementation of the system. In view of these problems, Anhui should improve the legal construction, pay attention to the preliminary investigation work, and perform well in publicity work to increase the effectiveness of the river and lake chief system.

Against the background of the comprehensive implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, the spatial aggregation characteristics of sports intangible cultural heritages in the Dabie Mountains are studied, aiming to inherit the good traditional culture of the Dabie Mountains, promote the revitalization of rural culture, and consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation. The spatial distribution, aggregation characteristics and influencing factors of 38 sports intangible cultural heritages in Dabie Mountains were analyzed by GIS spatial analysis method. The results show that: different levels of sports intangible cultural heritages in Dabie Mountains show uneven distribution in different counties; the types of sports intangible cultural heritages in Dabie Mountains are mainly folk entertainment items; the spatial distribution type is cohesive, forming a high-density core circle of sports intangible cultural heritages centered on Shenqiu County and a low-density circle with Shou County, Yuexi County and Lixin County as the center; the quantity, level, type and aggregation law of Dabie Mountains sports intangible cultural heritages are affected by the local geography, historical culture and socio-economic factors.

The simulation results show that the frequency-tracking CLLC resonant BDC designed in this pap er can maintain high voltage gain and energy transmission efficiency under a large frequency range offset, no matter it is forward transmission or reverse transmission, and the bidirectional transmission characteris tics are basically Consistent.

The land estate problem is an important theoretical clue to understand the development of Marx's early thoughts and the formation process of historical materialism. In Critique of Hegel's Philosophy of Law, Marx not only confirmed the reality that private property determines the state, but also exposed the feudal nature of Hegel's heredium by criticizing the heredium under Hegel's primogeniture. It started his thinking on land estate issues. In Economic and Philosophic Manuscripts of 1844, Marx further developed his understanding of the land estate problem. Based on the comparison of feudal land estate and capitalist land estate, he took capitalist land estate as an entry point, so as to improve his understanding of capitalist society from the superficial understanding in the first notebook to the essential knowledge in the second and third notebooks. In German Ideology, Marx no longer regarded land estate as an entry point for his understanding of the laws of social operation as before, but combined land estate with historical development. This is reflected in his expounding the dynamic role of land estate in the historical formation of capitalist society from the perspective of historical materialism and the contrast between urban and rural areas, thus scientifically answering the question of land estate. It was through the deepening of his understanding of real estate in his youth that Marx started his critique of bourgeois economists and theorists, and changed his theory from idealism to general materialism based on real history, and then constructed the historical materialism.

In the past 20 years, the proportion of serious crimes and violent crimes in China has been declining year after year. Starting in 2020, the Supreme People’s Procuratorate has promoted the concept of "fewer arrests, prosecutions and detentions", which has brought a significant decline in arrest and prosecution rates. In many cases where public prosecutions were finally filed, arrest measures were no longer applicable. Compared with prosecution cases, the nature of minor injury cases that are not prosecuted in the end is mostly milder, but the arrest rate is still relatively high. To further reduce the arrest rate, we need to start with such misdemeanor cases and abandon the concepts of "arrest upon conviction" and "prosecution upon conviction". Based on the analysis of 207 non-prosecution decisions for the crime of intentional injury, it is concluded that factors such as guilty plea, compensation, and victim’s understanding have a significant impact on the applicability of arrest measures, but the rationality of overemphasis on the influence of such compensation factors on arrest is questionable. We should increase the intensity of "fewer arrests" in guilty plea cases, timely change compulsory measures, rationally treat compensation factors, and eliminate misunderstanding of arrest requirements to achieve the implementation and improvement of the "fewer arrests, prosecutions and detentions" criminal justice policy.

The Wanhsien Incident was an event where the British gunboat bombed Wanhsien County on September 5, 1926. The people of Wanhsien suffered the tragic loss of life and property due to the atrocities of the British Army, but they did not receive any apology or compensation. By adopting the corpus-assisted critical discourse analysis, the paper investigates the linguistic features and the image construction of Huawei enterprise in Chinese and foreign media reports in terms of the titles, high-frequency words and collocations. The research shows that the media reports were set up with the dual issues of enterprise attribute and national attribute with varied discourse manifestations and strategies, which construct the image of Huawei enterprise as both negative and positive, the other and the subject. With the cause analysis of the image of enterprise, the strategies by Chinese international communication media for optimizing the construction of Chinese enterprises' image are put forward, which aims to help build the international communication power of Chinese enterprises.

Promoting the common progress of regional civilization and strengthening regional coordinated legislation are important goals for the regional integration development of the Yangtze River Delta. In order to promote regional cultural progress, all 16 cities in Anhui Province have issued regulations on promoting civilized behavior. The legislation of Anhui Province is characterized by accurate choice of legislative timing, concise setting of chapter and article frequency, reasonable setting of chapter name, etc. At the same time, there are still problems such as lack of local characteristics in legislative purposes, differences in the definitions of civilized behavior, unclear boundaries between working principles and mechanisms, differences in the setting of subjects to play an exemplary role, and inconsistency in the setting of legal responsibilities. To solve the problems, strengthening legislative coordination is one feasible path. Specifically, it is necessary to further negotiate and make consistent the key provisions of laws and regulations by choosing a loose legislative coordination path, explore the local characteristics of the provisions, and reach the legislative technical requirements of "no contradiction, with characteristics and operable".

From the perspective of regional culture, based on the correlation among narrative design, cultural symbols, and users, this paper discusses the narrative design method of cultural and creative products in Sanhe ancient town. By mining the cultural types of Sanhe ancient town, perceiving cultural connotations, and extracting cultural symbols, this paper conducts research and design practice on cultural and creative products in this area, explores narrative design strategies of cultural and creative products with local characteristics, and summarizes the general methods of narrative design for cultural and creative products in Sanhe ancient town. It is aimed at improving the innovation, connotation and aesthetic features of cultural and creative products in Sanhe ancient town from multiple perspectives and aspects.

The study takes the implementation of "Notice on Tax Policies Concerning the Refund of Value-Added Tax Credits for Certain Industries in 2018" as a quasi-natural experiment, selects Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed companies in 2015—2020 as the research samples, and uses the DID model to study the effect of the implementation of this policy on enterprise innovation. It is found that compared with the enterprises in the control group, the implementation of the "VAT rebate" policy significantly increased the innovation level of the enterprises in the experimental group. The policy has a significant promoting effect on the innovation level of enterprises in the growth or maturity period, but has no significant impact on enterprises in the recession period. Compared with enterprises in the growth period, this policy can better improve the innovation level of enterprises in the maturity period. In the case of market competition, it is found that the "VAT rebate" policy has a significant effect on promoting the innovation level of enterprises with low product market competition. The research confirms the promotion effect of the "VAT rebate" policy on enterprise innovation, and provides insights for the new round of value-added tax reform.

In early Tang Dynasty(618—766 CE), there were many lines in frontier poems that "advocated military over Confucianism", which derived from the unconscious inheritance of historical tradition, and self-mockery and anger from personal experience of talent being neglected. This kind of cultural inertia and temporary mood cannot fully and accurately prove that the frontier poets had a distinct custom that "advocated military over Confucianism". In fact, although the frontier poets in the early Tang Dynasty advocated military, they also positively pursued official career by academic study, which were mainly reflected in identifying with the literati, praising and sympathizing with scholars, having experience of being officials, and thought of civil administration. To make military achievements and pursue an official career was the aspiration of the frontier poets in early Tang Dynasty. The complexity of this aspiration reflects the profound contradiction between ideal and reality.

In recent years, the traditional village tourism development has become a hot issue for scholars. Based on the combing of relevant research literature, this paper summarizes the research progress of tourism development of traditional villages and its impact. The existing research focuses on the protection and development of traditional village tourism resources, diversified tourism development models and the impact of tourism development on protection and development. Tourism, as the main way to protect and develop traditional villages, has effectively promoted the functional transformation and spatial activation of villages, and at the same time, it has brought pressure on the protection of rural landscape and the inheritance of traditional culture. Strengthening multi-disciplinary comprehensive research, and improving research theories and methods; giving full play to the characteristic tourism resources of traditional villages, and exploring the path and mode of traditional village tourism development to promote rural revitalization; cultivating the cultural ecosystem of traditional villages, and coordinating the relationship between protection and development from different dimensions, are the aspects that need to be strengthened urgently in the future research on tourism development of traditional villages.

"[K??]" question is a sentence pattern commonly used to express doubt in Chaohu dialect. "[K??]" questions in Chaohu dialect can be divided into three categories: "[K??]VP", "[K??] 是 NP" and "[K??] 是 VP". "[K??]" questions can also express different tenses by co-occurrence with different tense and aspect auxiliary words. As for the nature of "[K??]" questions, we conclude that, "[K??]VP" sentence pattern in Chaohu dialect has a double corresponding relationship with neutral repeated questions and neutral yes or no questions in Putonghua. "[K??]是NP" has a corresponding relationship with neutral repeated questions in Putonghua; "[K??]是 VP" has a double corresponding relationship with tendency repeated questions and "是不是"(yes or no)questions in Putonghua.

Under the background of "Going-out" strategy of Chinese culture, Lu Opera, as an important part of "Luzhou Culture", can’t truly go abroad without the research on its translation and introduction. Through field survey, it is found that the current translation and introduction of Lu Opera is faced with some problems, such as inadequate literature, insufficient translation practice, and limited promotion channels. On this basis, starting from the poly-system theory, the author suggests that in the translation and introduction of Lu Opera, we should choose the theme that fits the ideology and values of overseas audiences, adopt the translation and introduction strategy suitable for Lu Opera, and give full play to the promotion role of well-known publishers and new media, so as to promote the acceptance of Lu Opera overseas. It is concluded that the poly-system theory provides a feasible method for the translation and overseas promotion of Lu Opera.

Kan "看" is a complementizer that can lead a clause. It can be located in a sentence or at the end of a sentence. It is located at the end of a sentence because the clause it leads has no phonetic realization due to oral omission, but in the process of meaning interpretation, potential subsequent sentences can be added. This omission causes Kan to look like a tentative auxiliary on the surface, but it is still a complementizer. This difference is related to the stylistic environment used in the grammaticalization process of Kan, which gradually occurs in the process of oral use, and thus has the characteristic of ellipsis in the use of oral language. According to the different syntactic positions of Kan, the paper will try to find out the common features in the use of kan in different positions, and further demonstrate the usage of Kan as a complementizer.

Office chit-chat, as an instant interaction ritual, has widely existed in Chinese organizations and its practical effectiveness has been tested. However, few studies explored the influence of office chit-chat on knowledge concealment and its mechanism. Based on affective event theory and resource preservation theory, we focused on the influence of office chit-chat on knowledge concealment and investigated the chain mediating effect of interpersonal trust—psychological disengagement. Regression analysis using 367 individual samples found that: Office chit-chat has a negative prediction effect on knowledge concealment; Interpersonal trust and psychological disengagement play a mediating role between office chit-chat and knowledge concealment; The chain relation of interpersonal trust—psychological disengagement has a significant mediating effect between office chit-chat and knowledge concealment. The conclusion not only expands the study on the outcome variables of office chit-chat, but also provides a practical reference for organizations to realize the positive effect of chit-chat and tackle employees’ knowledge concealment.

Based on the perspective of planning behavior theory, starting from the trainable political skills, this study explores the impact mechanism of employees' political skills on promoting their active boundary spanning behavior through 234 research samples from 12 enterprises. The results show that employees' political skills have a significant positive impact on boundary spanning behavior; the boundary spanning efficacy plays a partial intermediary role between political skills and boundary spanning behavior; employee power distance negatively regulates the relationship between their political skills and boundary spanning efficacy, and negatively regulates the intermediary role of boundary spanning efficacy between political skills and boundary spanning behavior. The research results can enrich and expand the relevant research on political skills and boundary spanning behavior, and can provide insights on how to encourage more boundary spanning behavior in organizations.

The training of outstanding journalism and communication personnel is the reform and innovation of journalism and communication education in colleges and universities under the framework of the new liberal arts, and it is also the new demand for personnel training in the development of media integration. However, currently the colleges and universities have the problems of ambiguous positioning, lack of characteristics, blindly following the trend, and separation of knowledge and action in the training of outstanding journalism and communication personnel. It is urgent to optimize the path of personnel training. Based on this, this paper puts forward the "one, two, three, four" reform path, which is, with morality education as one center, focusing on the two priorities of integrity and innovation, constructing a three-dimensional integrated personnel training model of "liberal arts and sciences + old and new + knowledge and action" from the three aspects of knowledge structure construction, full media skills training, and professional quality improvement, and exploring the new pattern of cooperative education by four parties of "university + government + media + enterprise".

Based on 16 municipal panel data of Anhui Province from 2015 to 2020, this paper uses the hierarchical analysis—entropy weight method to construct a regional innovation evaluation system, characterizes the level of high-tech industry agglomeration by location entropy, and then empirically analyzes the interaction between regional innovation system and high-tech industry agglomeration. The results show that: the differences in the trends of the concentration of high-tech industries and the differences in the comprehensive scores of regional innovation systems in Anhui Province are generally consistent, and there is a Granger causality relationship between the two; the spatial distribution characteristic is a decreasing trend in the north-south circle with Hefei and Wuhu as the centre; there is a significant "snowball effect" in the development of high-tech industry agglomeration in Anhui Province; the regional innovation system has a more obvious role in promoting the level of high-tech industry agglomeration than a single indicator; foreign direct investment, the investment in scientific research and the level of economic development all have significant positive effects on high-tech industry agglomeration; but due to the siphoning effect of Jiangsu Province, Zhejiang Province and Shanghai on high-level scientific and technological innovation talents in Anhui Province and the tendency towards the heterogeneous structure of scientific and technological innovation talents, the investment in scientific research personnel cannot play a positive role in promoting the high-tech industry agglomeration for the time being.

Through the relevant data provided by the "Baidu Index", the paper analyzes the spatial-temporal characteristics of Huangshan Tourism's network attention in 2019 and 2020, the years chosen as the time frame before and after the outbreak of the epidemic. The results show that the peak of weekly attention arrived early, indicating that people are more cautious; the peak of tourism accommodation and travel search has been delayed, proving a significant impact of the epidemic on tourism. Monthly analysis shows that the attention has decreased significantly after the epidemic. People's spatial preferences for tourism in Huangshan have gradually shifted to the eastern region, and most of the areas with great changes in network attention to Huangshan tourism are the "hard-hit areas" and their surrounding areas. The results of this paper are helpful for the tourism industry to deal with public health incidents in a timely and reasonable manner, and are also of significance to the recovery and promotion of tourism after the epidemic.

Digital inclusive finance is an important external force to promote the sustainable development of small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs). In order to explore the role of digital inclusive finance on the sustainable development of SMEs, based on the 2014—2020 financial data of SMEs in the Growth Enterprise Market(GEM), this paper uses the Peking University digital inclusive finance index and SA index, and adopts the fixed effect and intermediary effect model. It empirically analyzes the influence process and mechanism of digital inclusive finance on the sustainable development of SMEs, and conducts robustness test by replacing dependent and independent variables. Finally, it explores the differences in effect of digital inclusive finance on SMEs among industries and regions, and conducts heterogeneity analysis. The results show that: firstly, digital inclusive finance plays a significant role in promoting the sustainable development of SMEs, more than 50% of which have been indirectly affected through easing financing constraints; secondly, through the heterogeneity analysis, it is found that the development of digital inclusive finance plays a stronger role in promoting enterprises, Internet and computer industry in western China. This paper provides enlightenment for the formulation and implementation of digital financial inclusion policies.

Based on the perspective of cognition, the paper makes a systematic and in-depth interpretation of Herzog's anxiety symptoms, the causes and alleviating methods of cognitive dissonance and anxiety, and then points out a man can reduce psychological and mental stress, and reach the state of peace and integrity of self by cognition coordination to change, modify or even reconstruct self-cognition. At the same time, it is pointed out that Bellow manages to look for a compromise with reality to gain a foothold of spiritual transcendence, but this idealized strategy also puts his spiritual transcendence in a state for reconsideration.

Information infrastructure connects various subjects in economic and social development, overcomes regional obstacles to a certain extent, and reduces the differences between urban and rural economic factors. With a 2005—2019 national sample of 260 prefecture-level cities and municipalities directly under the central government, the impact of information infrastructure on urban-rural income gap is investigated through bidirectional fixed effects model and the threshold model. The study found that: the impact of the information infrastructure scale on the income gap between urban and rural areas presents an "inverted U shape" nonlinear relationship—an increasing before declining trend. At present, most cities in China have crossed the inflection point and entered the stage of narrowing the income gap. There is a single threshold for information infrastructure, and double thresholds for economic development and education level; the impacts of information infrastructure in different threshold ranges on urban-rural income gap are different. The information infrastructure has different effects on the income level of urban and rural residents, showing a linear positive correlation for urban residents and a "U-shaped" nonlinear relationship for rural residents. The research results are basically sound, and targeted policy suggestions are put forward according to the conclusions.
