In the early years of the Republic of China, problems such as ethnic crisis, rural bankruptcy, and separation of education and life were prominent. Tao Xingzhi, from the perspective of saving the nation through education, realized the value of labor education and constructed the connotation of labor education from the angle of "adding mental labor to physical labor", and put forward the essence, purpose, content and methods of labor education. He pays special attention to the practical dimension of labor education, actively promotes and popularizes labor education by school offering courses, building labor campus, holding sports meetings and writing poems, and quantifies the evaluation criteria for labor education. Tao Xingzhi's theoretical construction and practical exploration of labor education provide inspiration for higher education, middle and primary schools to fully understand the value of labor education, develop labor education according to local conditions and improve the practice system of labor education.

Labor education is an important part of the socialist educational system with Chinese characteristics. Labor education integrated into ideological and political courses in colleges and universities is of momentous value for cultivating college students' Marxist view of labor, and can help them practice the core values of socialism, improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education, and achieve the goal of moral education. The integration, based on mastering the essence of labor education and the content of the ideological and political courses in universities and the relationship between the two, should follow the principle of reasonable integration, so as to achieve the goal of collaboration between labor education and ideological and political education. To achieve proper integration of labor education into the teaching of ideological and political course, colleges and universities needs to work from three aspects: to stimulate the initiative of teachers and enhance the awareness of labor education; to innovate ideological and political teaching methods to stimulate students' labor enthusiasm; to strengthen the assessment and evaluation mechanism and enhance students' awareness of labor practice.

Kant's theory of the self mainly solves the problem of how the knowledge of universal necessity is possible and why the self exists. In current studies, most have separated these two aspects and failed to comprehend Kant's theory of the self completely. Even in the studies combining these two aspects, they either fail to recognize the possible contradictions or stand still in the face of contradictions. Borrowing the train of thought from Kant's transcendental aesthetic theory, these two aspects are completed through the transcendental deduction of self and the metaphysical deduction of self respectively. The former shows that the transcendental unity with spontaneous apperception is an important condition for the objective validity of knowledge, while the latter shows that the selfexists in the sense of Realit?t and not in the sense of Wirklichkeit. The distinction between Wirklichkeit and Realit?t is therefore the key to understanding Kant's theory of the self. It shows that Kant has no real contradiction in the question of the self.

The types of the military cultural resources are abundant and comprehensive, which include ancient barracks, ancient battlefields, ancient engineering, ancient relics, ancient tombs, military traffic, military thoughts, historical stories, famous images and historical events. Studying the types of military cultural heritage in the Three Kingdoms period around Chaohu Lake can help promote the inheritance and protection of military cultural heritage.

In recent years, the research on the concept of cultural memory and its carrier has become a hot topic in academia. The concept of "cultural memory" was first proposed by the German cultural scholar Jan Assmann. He drew the memory discourse into the theoretical framework of cultural studies, and expressed the cultural and identity function of memory from the external dimension of human memory. On this basis, he systematically explained the construction theory of cultural memory. In order to clarify the concept of cultural memory by Jan Assmann, this paper intends to examine the theoretical connotation of cultural memory from the spatial and temporal dimensions. It not only shows the profound space-time contained in cultural memory, witnesses the "inexhaustible visual explosive power in space" and "unweakened continuous ability in time" of cultural memory, and explains the healing power of cultural memory in time and space shuttle. At the same time, with the spatial return and time reconstruction of cultural memory as the breakthrough point, the dynamic process of the spatial and temporal construction of cultural memory is sketched out, and the meaning code of memory is broken, so as to explore the essence and significance of the theory of cultural memory theory.

In the era of new engineering, data literacy has become an indispensable novel skill for people to participate in social activities as well as to improve their lives. As a critical way to cultivate data literacy of undergraduates in the big data era, data literacy education has attracted attention from the government, universities, and social enterprises, and has become an important part of training in higher education. Recently, the courses, projects and achievements of data literacy education in China are increasing, but they are still relatively weak. This paper, from the perspective of data literacy education theory, explores the current situation of data literacy education of undergraduates and its challenges, proposes a general strategy framework for undergraduate data literacy education, namely AAARS-ECFDA, and conducts experiments as well as corresponding implementation mechanisms, so as to provide a new way for domestic data literacy education on undergraduates.

Based on the strategic development of "Three Places and One District" in Anhui Province, the paper analyzes the needs and current situation of international publicity translation of the culture of the Chaohu Lake Area, and explores its contemporary value with the theory of Mona Baker's post-classical narratology. With the help of "tag frame", "time-space frame", "selective adoption frame" and "relocation frame of participants", the paper explores the value interpretation and meaning expression of the elements of landscape culture, historical culture, food culture and folk culture around Chaohu Lake, and seeks the "international expression" path of local culture translation. One goal of this paper is to prove that "translation is of great use", and another goal is to provide localization ideas for enhancing the international communication power of Huizhou culture and realizing the "going in" of Chinese culture.

The realized volatility is not effective in predicting the future return volatility of the stock market, and the effective predictable information contained in it is not comprehensive. Therefore, in order to improve the predictability of stock return volatility, this paper introduces two important predictors（implicit volatility VIX and WTI （BRT） oil price volatility）, and establishes a "kitchen sink" predictive autoregressive model and "convex combined" predictive autoregressive model. The empirical results show that the "kitchen sink" predictive autoregressive model that combines the implied volatility VIX and WTI（BRT） oil price volatility has a good predictive effect. To further prove the reliability of this conclusion, the paper also adds economic cycles or changes conditions such as macroeconomic and financial variables. The results show that, compared to the WTI（BRT） oil price volatility, the implied volatility VIX is more effective for the predictability of other macroeconomic and financial variables. Finally, based on the different lag lengths and the dimensions of different macroeconomic variables, this article conducts robustness tests on various predictive regression models. The test results show that the autoregressive model combined with implied volatility VIX and WTI（BRT） oil price volatility is more effective and stable in predicting stock return volatility.

A hot topic in harmonic analysis is to study the boundedness of singular integral operators along submanifolds in various spaces. In this paper, we mainly used oscillatory integral estimation method and Fourier transform estimation method to extend the oscillatory integral operator along homogeneous curves to the oscillatory integral operator along a general curve satisfying certain conditions, and obtained the boundedness of the operator in the modulation space. Thus, some results of predecessors are generalized.

By combing 360 judgments on negligent crimes, it is found that the number of cases with civil compensation without probation is much lower than that with other circumstances without probation in terms of mitigating circumstances such as voluntary confession, confession and pleading guilty. Through the data comparison and case analysis of civil compensation and victim (family member) understanding in the application of probation for negligent crimes, we can know that the two have different effects on the application of probation. In practice, the courts overemphasize the existence of civil compensation, so there exist problems of simplifying the identification of probation application for negligent crimes. The orientation of civil compensation affecting the application of probation should be a formal exterior of the penitent psychology of the defendant, rather than the substantive connotation. The court cannot judge whether the offender repents only by whether the offender has compensated, but should examine the offender's compensation ability and performance afterwards, and comprehensively determine whether the offender repents and whether probation can be applied.

The 30th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China in 1951 was the first large-scale commemoration after the founding of new China, which had far-reaching influence. Not only its operation mode and commemorative form are followed by the later celebrations, some connotations in the commemorative discourse also extend to this day. And a new tradition of commemoration at the end of a decade was formed. By reading the historical materials of newspapers and periodicals, using the methods of literature research and inductive analysis,the paper reviews and sorts out this event, which can not only enhance our understanding of the history of the celebrations of the founding of the Communist Party of China, but also provide reference for the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China.

According to the national standards of tourism classification, the Analytic Hierarchy Process （AHP）is used to establish the evaluation index system to determine the weight value of each indicator and comprehensively evaluate the rural tourism resources around Chaohu Lake. The nearest neighbor index, standard deviation ellipse and buffer analysis are used to carry out spatial distribution characteristics research from the aspects of distribution type, direction, and distance. The results show that the diversified types of rural tourism resources around Chaohu Lake have obvious effects, and the combination is in good condition, but most of the resources are of low grade,with average appearance, low visibility and influence, and lacking market attractiveness; rural tourism resources are unevenly agglomerated. The spatial distribution of rural tourism resources is unbalanced and concentrated along the northeast-southwest direction, and clusters along the main roads, with significant traffic dependence. At present, the development of rural tourism around Chaohu Lake is in its infancy, lacking a "connotative" development plan, and no tourism synergy has been formed. From the perspective of global tourism, combined with the current development of rural tourism around Chaohu Lake, we propose a new rural tourism space pattern of "one lake, one corridor, three cities and four districts", and strive to create a rural tourism circle around Chaohu Lake. The purpose is to promote the establishment of the tourism destination and realize the strategic goal of Rural Revitalization.

Under the background of new engineering, new requirements are put forward for the production of innovative and practical talents, students' ability of independent thinking and practice can be effectively strengthened by competing using subject-relate skills. By using the methods of literature review, field interview and data analysis, this paper investigated the results of Computer Games Contest for College Students of Anhui Province (CGCCSA) and did a comprehensive analysis combing with the development and reform of the contest, project setting, competing team and contest results. The investigation results show that: for CGCCSA, the project has been set up relatively well; the organization and rules are also reasonable; the numbers of participating colleges and teams are growing; colleges in Hefei and public colleges in other cities and counties in Anhui Province have higher participation enthusiasm and faster development. However, the number of colleges out of Hefei and non-public colleges is large, their enthusiasm for participation needs to be further strengthened. The colleges with outstanding performance in each project are relatively fixed; the overall results are positively correlated with the comprehensive strength of colleges and the number of participating teams. In view of the above research results, it is proposed to deepen the reform of the forms and contents of the competition, strengthen the publicity and support in non-Hefei areas, pay attention to the training of professional teachers and improve the hardware equipment and actual contest environment, so as to ensure the sustainable development of the competition.

The "Judicial Interpretation of the Civil Code, Marriage and Family Edition (1)" implemented in 2021 stipulates three scenarios for the return of the wedding gift. However, the over-generalized provisions have unsatisfactory guiding value for judicial practice. In judicial practice, the phenomenon of different judgments for similar cases needs to be addressed. After applying the empirical analysis method to the 95 judgment documents issued by the Anhui Provincial Court in 2020, it is found that the subject of the return of the gift is unknown, the scope of the gift property is unknown, and there is not a standard system for the proportion of the gift return. These are an important reason for the phenomenon of different judgments for similar cases. In response to the actual problems that arise in practice, it is necessary to determine the subject of the gift return, clarify the scope of the property, and improve the standard system for the proportion of the gift return, and incorporate new regulations such as the no-fault principle into specific countermeasures, which can provide reference for the judicial practice.

Based on the functional equivalence theory, the translation circle at home and abroad has rendered this phenomenon fundamental research. Taking the business document on the website of U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as the main example, which contains compound words with bring-down, we find understandi ng and translating accurately the compound words can help deduce the corresponding Chinese words for bring-down. Throug h practical analysis, literal translation cannot resolve the lexical deficiency effectively, whereas transliteration, free translation and substitution can help readers comprehensively understand the meanings of the compound words. Based on translation practice, the amplification with business background can best solve the problem of lexical deficiency.

Based on the information adoption model, combined with situational learning theory and schema learning theory, this paper studies the effect and mechanism of mobile short video cover presentation on users' intention. It is found that perceived usefulness plays a mediating role between the presentation of short video and users' intention. The type of short video plays a moderating role in the influence of its presentation mode on users' perceived usefulness.

In this paper, we have conducted in-depth research on the convergence rate of the Stochastic Classical Momentum Algorithm （CM）. By modifying the iterative formula of traditional stochastic gradient descent algorithm with momentum, we obtain the convergence rate of algorithm with non-strongly convex and non-smooth. When the momentum coefficient p_t  is a constant, the algorithm achieves a convergence rate of O.When the momentum coefficient p_t is not a constant, we obtain the convergence rate by setting different learning rates. Finally, the rationality is demonstrated through numerical experiments.

In April 1912, a criminal case of a Japanese murdering a Chinese occurred in Shanghai concession, which aroused heated public discussion and concern. Raising the level of consumption is an important way to expand domestic demand and promote sustainable economic growth, and it is an important part of the strategy to build a large domestic economic cycle. With the help of big data information technology and innovative traditional financial services, digital inclusive finance can enhance financial inclusion and stimulate the growth of residents' consumption. Based on the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2011 to 2020, this paper constructs a fixed effect model to study the impact of digital inclusive finance and its first-level dimensions on the consumption of urban residents in China. By building a mediation model, the role of industrial structure in the impact mechanism of digital inclusive finance on urban residents' consumption is examined. The results show that digital inclusive finance, its first-level dimensions and industrial structure upgrading all have supporting effects on urban residents' consumption; the analysis of the role mechanism shows that digital inclusive finance can indirectly promote urban residents' consumption through industrial structure upgrading; the heterogeneity analysis finds that the supporting effect of digital inclusive finance on the consumption of urban residents in coastal, inland, and remote areas decreases in turn.

In this paper, we discuss the stability with general decay rate of neutral stochastic fractional hybrid differential equations driven by Lévy noise. By using Lyapunov function, nonnegative semi-martingale convergence theorem and the theory of M-matrix, we propose sufficient conditions for the almost sure stability. We also give an upper bound of each coefficient at any state.

In order to analyze, identify and trace the sources of pollutants in water bodies, the use of three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy to determine the types and contents of pollutants in water has the advantages of high accuracy and fast determination. The application of three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy in the analysis of organic pollutants in water bodies has been studied. Through the characterization of the characteristic fluorescence spectra of different organic pollutants in sewage, the identification and traceability of the pollutants can be quickly and efficiently realized. The current commonly used three-dimensional fluorescence fingerprint analysis methods are introduced, and the correlation between the fluorescence properties of DOM in sewage and organic pollution indicators are discussed. The application status of three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum analysis technology in sewage treatment is discussed, and its application prospects in the field of sewage treatment are predicted.

In order to better guarantee the running effect of the trial run software, the weighted Markov chain is introduced to construct the software defect prediction model. By using the nonlinear computation of weighted Markov chain, the software defect prediction platform based on weighted Markov chain is established, and the relevant parameters affecting the software operation accuracy are calculated within the space scope of the platform, so as to reduce the data dimension in the process of software operation, and improve the accuracy and convergence speed of software defect prediction. The experimental results show that, in the actual application process, the prediction model designed can accurately predict the defects of the test run software, has high practical value, and fully meets the research requirements.

[Objective] One thermophilic bacterium was isolated from the hot spring in Tangchi, Lujiang, Anhui,and identified by molecular biological methods to study its morphological, physiological and growth characteristics,and the conditions of cellulase production were optimized. This study can provide reference for its biological science research and industrial application in the future. [Methods] Another thermophilic bacterium was isolated by high temperature culture, and its 16S rDNA gene sequence was determined. Its taxonomic status was determined by sequence alignment, phylogenetic tree construction and observation of cell and colony morphology. And its growth characteristics were studied. Through study of the effects of inoculum age, initial pH of fermentation medium, inoculum amount, fermentation temperature, rotation speed and fermentation time on cellulase production the cellulase production conditions were preliminarily optimized. [Results] Another thermophilic bacterium was isolated from the hot spring in Tangchi, Lujiang for the first time, which was named LJTC-2. The bacterium was Gram-positive and rod-shaped, belonging to Geobacillus. Its highest tolerance temperature was 73 °C and its optimum growth pH was about 7.0. The optimal fermentation conditions of LJTC-2 for cellulase production were determined as follows: inoculation age of 36 h, initial pH of fermentation medium of 6, inoculation amount of 2%, fermentation temperature of 60 °C, rotation speed of 180 r.min^-1, fermentation time of 60 h. Under these conditions, the enzyme activity was 183 mU.mL^-1, which was 17% higher than that before optimization. [Conclusion] The strain LJTC-2 was Geobacillus, and could tolerate high temperature of 73 °C. The results showed that LJTC-2 had the highest cellulase activity under the conditions of inoculation age of 36 h, initial pH of fermentation medium of 6, inoculation amount of 2%, 60°C , 180 .min^-1 and fermentation time of 60 h.

High quality development is the only way to realize industrial transformation and upgrading, and enhance competitiveness. Giving full play to the role of Internet is an effective way to promote the high-quality development of local industries. Based on the theoretical transmission mechanism of "Internet plus" on the upgrading of industrial clusters, introducing three intermediary variables: human capital, export trade and technological innovation, using the "mediating effect" test method, this paper makes an empirical test on the data from 2011 to 2020, and finds out the influence channel and degree of "Internet plus" on the upgrading of Huailin fishing net industrial cluster in Chaohu City. The results show that the three variables do have significant mediating effects in the order of export trade effect, human capital effect, technological innovation effect, which further verifies that Huailin fishing net industry belongs to labor-intensive industry, and is a buyer driven industrial cluster. In order to promote the transfor mation and upgrading of Huailin fishing net industry cluster, we should make full use of the Internet to promote the accumulation of human capital and technological innovation, and lead the cluster high-quality development through technological innovation.

Arendt's theory of individual responsibility is an important topic in her ethical thought. Based on Arendt's distinction between the legal level and ethical level of individual responsibility, this paper analyzes the specific issues involved in the two levels, and focuses on the judgment criteria and dilemmas of individual responsibility at the ethical level, so as to analyze Arendt's inheritance and development of Kant's judgment thought. This work not only helps to understand the ethical concerns of Arendt's thought, but also helps to explore the issue of individual responsibility in modern society.

The "literati in the Tingzijian" (which means literati in the pavilion) was originally proposed by Mao Zedong, but the definition of its concept wandered between generalization and unidirectionalization. The space oppression of the "Tingzijian" mirrors the literati's perception of the "proximal order" and the "remote order". The former makes the literati appear heterogeneous in getting along with the bottom workers in shanty towns and the ordinary citizens of Shanghai, so it is also far from the "popular literature and art", while the latter reflects the marginal dilemma of the "literati in the Tingzijian" in the vertical form through the comparison of cultural capital, social capital and the center of the literary field. At the same time, the enclave characteristics of the "Tingzijian" have further shaped the habitation ecology of young literati, and strengthened the power of the Left League. The two generations of "literati in the Tingzijian" moved from the margin to the center along the ascending path of the literary production mechanism, but the differentiation among the "literati in the Tingzijian" also has more room for interpretation.

Based on the questionnaire data concerning tax and fee reduction for small and micro enterprises in Anhui Province, this paper empirically analyzes the impact of tax factors and non-tax factors on enterprise vitality based on the ordered Logit model. The research findings are as follows: The implementation of tax and fee reduction policy is conducive to the improvement of the vitality of small and micro enterprises. Especially the reduction of tax burden has a more obvious effect on stimulating the vitality of small and micro enterprises. Moreover, tax and fee reduction has a more significant effect on the vitality of enterprises with a small number of employees and good tax credit rating. At the same time, non-tax factors such as employee quality and profitability will also directly affect the vitality of small and micro enterprises, and profitability and trade friction will indirectly affect the vitality of small and micro enterprises by adjusting tax and fee reduction policies. Based on this, we should pay attention to the tax and fee reduction level for small and micro enterprises with a certain scale; beware of the weakening influence of non-tax factors on the effect of policy implementation; make tax and fee cuts more targeted and lower the corporate income tax rate; improve the enterprises' tax rating so that they can accurately enjoy the policy benefits.

Using the development of digital economy to upgrade industry has become a key task when Anhui province is in an important stage to integrate into the Yangtze River Delta. This paper, taking Anhui province as the research object, constructs the digital economy development and industrial upgrading index system, measures the comprehensive value of the two based on the entropy weight method, and uses panel threshold regression model to study the effects of digital economy development in the whole Anhui province, southern Anhui, middle Anhui and northern Anhui on industrial upgrading from 2012 to 2019. The results show that, on the whole, both the development level of digital economy and the level of industrial upgrading are on the rise, but the regional differences are significant. Specifically, Hefei is the highest among the cities, and southern Anhui is the highest in digital economy level. The development of digital economy can significantly promote industrial upgrading, and this promoting effect has stages. Specifically, the higher the development level of digital economy, the stronger the promoting effect on industrial upgrading; but if there exist big differences between regions, the promoting effect will be reduced.

Objectives: In order to cultivate and enhance the professional identity of biopharmaceutical students, the teaching reform and practice of the curriculum of this major are carried out. Methods: The article took the biopharmaceutical major of a local university as an example, analyzed the current development of the biopharmaceutical major, and explored how to use "ideological education in curriculum" as the starting point to carry out teaching reforms in terms of training objectives, teaching contents, teaching methods as well as teaching evaluation, and finally strove to build the new pattern of "moral education". Results: Through the teaching reform of the major curriculum, students' professional identity has been cultivated, and their self-confidence and satisfaction with the profession have been improved. Conclusion: Enhancing professional identity is the key to training high-quality talents in the biopharmaceutical industry. The article also provides reference for the teaching reform of other biology majors.

The revolutionary base areas of Western Hunan and Hubei is one of the three Soviet areas led by the Communist Party of China in the period of the New Democratic Revolution. In the harsh revolutionary struggle environment, there were problems in the number, quality and production of cadres in the base areas, such as shortage of numbers, prominent ideological and political problems and dependence on the appointment system. It was urgent to carry out cadre education. This characteristic of being local is closely related to the Jiao Mu belief itself, the degree of official acknowledgement and the folk customs of Chaohu region. The locality of Jiao Mu belief dissemination is not in contradiction with the universal value of Jiao Mu. Making full use of Jiao Mu belief and its cultural connotation will be beneficial to the discourse power of Chaohu regional culture.

With the rapid development of society, online comment has become an important reference for consumers to make purchase decisions in the film industry, and has an important influence on the box office. Based on the sentiment analysis method, the sentiment information in the film comment texts is extracted and quantified, and the box office prediction model is established to study the influence of the number of comments, the sentiment value of comments, and the early box office revenue on total box office revenue during the movie schedule. The empirical analysis of domestic films released in the Chinese mainland from 2016 to 2019 shows that the box office prediction model, established by independent variables including the box office revenue of the previous week, the number and sentiment value of online comments published on the previous day, can effectively predict the total box office revenue. The model can also be used to forecast sales of other products after improvement.

The belief in "Zhang Long Gong" is a local belief that arose in the Yingzhou area. The folklore mythologizes the local man Zhang Lusi as a dragon, and under the influence of natural environmental factors, the belief was disseminated by local officials through the use of their positions and literary scholars with poetry and writings. The belief in Zhang Long Gong flourished during the Northern Song Dynasty. But after the Southern Song Dynasty, due to the impact of war and natural disasters, the economy and culture of Yingzhou were destroyed, and the belief no longer had the important status as in the Tang and Song Dynasties. During the Ming and Qing dynasties, natural disasters were frequent in the Huaihe River basin, but the belief was only fixed in Yingzhou and the surrounding counties. The local society enriched the content of Zhang Long Gong myth during this period. Social forces were involved in the continuation of the belief, and the belief also influenced local culture and historical memory. However, the belief during the Ming and Qing dynasties was influenced by "validity" and spreading the belief to the outside became difficult.

With the rapid development and wide application of artificial intelligence technology, artificial intelligence has penetrated all areas of social life in our country. Meanwhile, artificial intelligence also poses new challenges to labor substitution and economic theory. The paper discusses the relationship between the use of artificial intelligence and employee turnover intention from a micro perspective, and on this basis, puts forward a moderated mediation model to investigate the mediating effect of job insecurity and the moderating effect of training investment. A survey of 398 front-line employees in industries that are closely related to artificial intelligence shows that the perception of artificial intelligence technology intensity has a significant positive impact on employees忆 turnover intention; job insecurity partially mediates the perception of artificial intelligence technology intensity and turnover intention; high investment in training will slow down the positive relationship between artificial intelligence technology intensity perception and job insecurity, and also adjust the indirect effect of artificial intelligence technology intensity perception on turnover intention through job insecurity.

[Objective] Succinic acid and lactic acid are the main products when Corynebacterium crenatum were cultured under anaerobic conditions. The knockout of lactate dehydrogenase gene(LdhA), a key enzyme for lactic acid production, can decrease the production of lactic acid and increase the flux of the metabolic pathway for succinic acid production. [Methods] In order to obtain the C. crenatum ?LdhA mutant strain, the upstream and downstream homologous recombination genes of LdhA and kanamycin resistance gene (Kn) were obtained by PCR. Afterwards, the targeting homologue recombination DNA and plasmid were constructed by fusion PCR. [Results] The targeting homologue recombination DNA of ?LdhA::Kn, targeting plasmid of pCVD442-?LdhA::Kn and donor bacteria of E.coli β2155/pCVD442-?LdhA::Kn were constructed, and the mutant strain of C. crenatum which had resistance to kanamycin was screened. [Conclusion] The results of PCR and lactate dehydrogenase activity analysis indicated that the LdhA in genome of C. crenatum was knockout and replaced by Kn. This study provides a foundation for producing succinic acid efficiently using C. crenatum.

The Tongcheng County was built in the ninth year of Daye in Sui Dynasty(613). In the fourth year of Wanli in Ming Dynasty(1576), it was rebuilt into a brick city on the site of Sui Dynasty. The county has a history of more than 1,400 years. The outer part of the county has two-layer city defense system with the mountain and water barrier and the artificial defense facilities. The internal layout of the county town is both a product of the dual influence of Guanzi's idea of city planning based on local conditions and the ancient concept of creating resembling objects, and a typical example of incorporating the ancient system of capital city planning into local city planning, focusing on the city's military defense and political edification functions.
