In the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, Xi Jin-ping first put forward the new proposition of "political construction of the Party". The pioneers of proletarian revolution,represented by Karl Marx, Lenin and Mao Ze-dong, carried out a lot of practical explorations, which laid an important theoretical foundation for the Communist Party of China to carry out the Party's political construction after the founding of new China. During the past 70 years, the Party's political construction has undergone four stages of development: initial exploration during the period of socialist transition, tortuous progress during the period of socialist construction, the beginning of a new period of reform and opening up, and the comprehensive strengthening in a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The article studies the historical experience of the Party's political  construction over the past 70 years, in particular the effective measures and typical practices in the fields of ideological and theoretical support, political line formulation, study and education, and system building. It has important value to promoting the political construction of the Party in the new era.

The supply of basic public services in rural sports plays an important role in promoting the development of rural economy, society and culture. In the past 70 years, great progress has been made in the basic public service of rural sports. By using the methods of documentation, questionnaire and interview, this paper combs the development, evolution, actual situation and characteristics of the basic public service supply mechanism of rural sports in China from the historical and realistic perspectives, analyses its performance, explores the existing practical difficulties, and explains the urgency and conditions for the innovation of the supply mechanism of the rural sports public service in the new era.

Zhang Zhizhong was an outstanding statesman during the modern history of China. The most important one of his many ideas was the thought of Kuomintang -Communist cooperation. His thought of Kuomintang -Communist cooperation centered on opposing civil war, separatism between Kuomintang and Communist Party,patriotism and love for the people. Its formation was not accidental, but the outcome of interaction of many subjective and objective factors. He always practiced this idea. He made great efforts to promote the cooperation during the period of democratic revolution. His idea had certain progressiveness, but it also had some limitations.Through reviewing the existing research results in the field, it is found that there is still much room for research on Zhang Zhizhong's Kuomintang-Communist Cooperation Thought and its practice. In order to fill in the gaps, this paper uses the method of literature collation to examine his Kuomintang-Communist Cooperation Thought and practice in detail. This is not only conducive to an objective evaluation of his historical status, but also has great practical significance. 

Nowadays, with the progress of economic globalization, the economy and tourism in Anhui Province develop rapidly, and the number of foreign tourists coming to visit Anhui is increasing day by day. Therefore, it is necessary to study the English translation of scenic spots in Anhui Province. From the perspective of skopos theory,this paper selects the National Tourism and Leisure Area Around Chaohu Lake as the research object, and proposes four translation strategies for different types of scenic spot names, respectively transliteration, literal translation, free translation, and the combination of transliteration and literal translation, to perfect the English translation of the names of scenic spots in the National Tourism and Leisure Area Around Chaohu Lake, beautify Anhui's "external business card", enhance the tourism experience of foreign tourists and provide reference for translators to rationally and normatively translate Chinese names of scenic spots.

The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy was proposed on the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. The issuing of the rural revitalization strategic plan (2018-2022)is conducive to solving the stage contradiction in the development of rural economy and society. The entrepreneurial practice of college-graduates village officials is restricted by external factors such as regional environment, policy guarantee and support system, as well as internal factors such as entrepreneurial motivation, entrepreneurial ability and social resources. By establishing the mechanisms of guidance, guarantee, support, service, adjustment and incentive, efforts can be made to promote the long-term development of entrepreneurship of college-graduates village officials, which will enhance the implementation of rural revitalization strategy

The effective exemplary role of rural party members is an important embodiment of the rural party branches' core leadership in the process of villagers' autonomy. In recent years, although rural party members in northwest China have made achievements in playing an exemplary role, they still need to be aware that due to the influence of many factors, there are still a lot of outstanding problems. To this end, we need to explore various ways to promote rural party members to play an effective exemplary role: innovating the way of ideological and political education of rural party members to build a solid ideological fortress; effective development of rural party members to improve the unreasonable structure of party members; promoting the party members to connect with households to enhance the rural party members' initiative to play a pioneering role; strengthening the construction of village party branches by improving the restraint and incentive mechanism.

In new era, it is very important to conduct researches on how to improve the running of local application-oriented universities, which have accounted for half of higher education. All kinds of colleges and universities should further clarify the internal and external connotation of good running, focus on the four aspects of good guidance, law, teachers and students, and tradition, adhere to cultural education, application research, integration of production and education, innovation and entrepreneurship education, and teaching reform, and respond positively to the three key points of management, curriculum and teachers. During the course of constant exploration and reform, local undergraduate universities will run efficiently and make better achievements.

Our communication channels and expressions were reconstructed by Internet technology. Undergraduate ideological and political education work, as a discourse practice, are facing a severe reconstruction in web environments. The overlaps and recognition of discourse practice between educators and learners are dropping. To improve college students' discourse practice of ideological and political education in web environments, we can start with three main factors which are related to discourse practice: what did we say, how did we say, and why we said that. College students have a strong experience of the Internet. For this reason, we must focus on building a networked system of discourse, enriching a fictionalized expression of discourse, and ensuring a vindication effect of discourse, thus strengthening the practical effect of the undergraduate ideological and political discourse.

Heart-to-heart talk is one of the main ways for college counselors to carry out ideological and political education for college students. Effective heart -to -heart talk can improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education. However, at present, college counselors generally have such problems as grasping "two ends" and ignoring "the middle", insufficiently "preventing" and coldly "dealing with matters", adopting the methods of "one to many" rather than "one to one" to handle situations. This is mainly attributed to the quality of students,counselors' ability and the lack of attention from colleges. Therefore, college counselors should proceed from the following four perspectives: establish a "people-oriented" concept, innovate the heart-to-heart talk methods, and develop practical ability, to solve the problems in heart-to-heart talk?and effectively enhance the effectiveness of ideological education.

Two teachers teaching in the same class is one of the new teaching models, whose internal structure can be better presented by intersubjectivity theory. Practice summarization on two teachers teaching law courses including criminal procedure law course is helpful to clarify its quality. Based on theoretical analysis and practice summarization, this paper proposes specific optimized and effective method to enrich teaching methods suitable for criminal procedure course in application-oriented local undergraduate education.

Folk art, containing rich culture and symbolic meanings, is the inexhaustible resource of modern designs.In the colleges, more and more importance has been attached to integrating the folk art with the major course teaching. However, in the process of developing local application-oriented universities, folk art factors are not integrated into the visual communication design programs, which causes serious homogenization and greatly restricts the specialized development of the visual communication design teaching. The new requirements of the era are to optimize the program of cultivating talents, enhance the studies of folk art resources, expand the innovative thinking to improve the effectiveness of the visual communication design teaching.
