As a typical ethnic minority village in the scattered ethnic minority areas of Province A, H Village in Z Town, W County has actively explored grassroots practices to foster a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation. These practices include strengthening the construction of grassroots Party organizations to build cohesion, and maintaining rural harmony and stability through the collaborative development strategy of co-construction, co-governance, and shared benefits. These efforts have yielded significant results. However, H Village also faces several challenges, such as the risk to sustainable development due to excessive dependence on external resources, the need to deepen the narrative of red culture, and the limited effectiveness of grassroots democratic participation mechanisms. To address these challenges, H Village needs to establish an endogenous industrial development model, enhance the depth of red culture narratives, and build inclusive grassroots governance participation mechanisms, thereby further fostering a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.

In recent years, urban ozone pollution has become increasingly prominent, making the prediction of ozone concentrations crucial for early prevention and control measures. In Hefei, the number of days with ozone as the primary pollutant is increasing, and ozone has now surpassed PM
2.5
as the leading contributor to air quality degradation. In response, this study focuses on Hefei and uses the daily average ozone concentrations from January 2022 to June 2023 to create a time series. A Seasonal Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (SARIMA) model is then developed to forecast the ozone levels for the summer of 2023 and the model's performance is evaluated. The results indicate that the model's fitted curves basically align with the actual measurements, with the relative errors of the three-day short-term forecasts remaining within 20%. The model's root-mean-square-error (RMSE) is 21.18

The rising demand for new energy vehicles (NEVs) and the intensifying industry competition have spurred the continuous development of the new energy vehicle parts (NEVPs) industry, and have also raised new demands for enterprise supply chain risk management. This study employs a combination of internal interviews and empirical research to conduct a comprehensive assessment, measurement, and impact analysis of the supply chain risks faced by NEVPs enterprises in China, thereby revealing the key factors influencing the supply chain risks of NEVPs enterprises. The research findings indicate that risk factors closely associated with external order risks, such as natural disasters in export countries, political risks, macroeconomic conditions, and exchange rate policies, are all significant elements in the risk management of the NEVPs supply chain. Moreover, industry cycle risks, such as policy adjustments targeting the NEVs industry, also exert a considerable influence on the supply chain risks of NEVPs. The study underscores the importance of sustainable management of the NEVPs supply chain and provides a robust theoretical basis for the research system of supply chain risk management in the NEVs industry.

With the continuous advancement of internet technology, live commerce has emerged as one of the mainstream ways of online shopping. The anchor's proficiency in promoting products significantly influences the revenue generated from live streams. In light of this, the study adopts empirical research methods, using Para-social Interaction (PSI) as the theoretical foundation. It investigates the impact of anchor worship on consumer purchase intentions and its underlying mechanisms, with perceived trust and identification serving as mediators. Analysis of 478 valid questionnaire responses was conducted using SPSS software, and structural equation modeling was performed with AMOS software to test the relationships. The findings reveal that anchor worship, perceived trust, and identification significantly affect purchase intentions. Both perceived trust and identification mediate the relationship between anchor worship and consumer purchase intentions. Furthermore, by integrating worship theory into the analysis of consumer purchase intentions, this research broadens the scope of consumer behavior studies.

Based on equity theory and social exchange theory, this study employs empirical research methods to investigate the impact mechanisms of collaboration incentives in intelligent manufacturing enterprise alliances on operational performance, and further discusses the moderating effects of organizational justice in these relationships. The results indicate that both benefit distribution incentives and information sharing incentives significantly positively affect operational performance. Procedural justice significantly enhances the positive impact of information sharing incentives on operational performance, yet it inhibits the facilitative effect of benefit distribution incentives on operational performance. Moreover, the facilitative effect of benefit distribution incentives on operational performance is positively moderated by interactional justice, while distributive justice shows no moderating effect on the relationship between collaboration incentives and operational performance. This paper enriches the research on the governance mechanisms of intelligent manufacturing enterprise alliances and proposes a collaboration incentive model from the perspective of organizational justice, which could help enhance the overall operational performance of the alliances.

Based on provincial-level panel data in China from 2009 to 2022, this study empirically examines the impact of government audits on financial agglomeration. It employs mediation effect models and panel threshold effect models to explore the role of industrial structure upgrading in this relationship. The findings reveal that government audits significantly foster financial agglomeration on a national scale, albeit with regional variations. Specifically, there is a pronounced positive effect in regions with high financial agglomeration levels, while no significant impact is observed in regions with low levels; Industrial structure upgrading plays a significant partial mediating role in the process by which government audits affect financial agglomeration; Furthermore, industrial structure upgrading exhibits a dual-threshold effect, and as industrial upgrading intensifies, the positive effect of government audits on financial agglomeration becomes increasingly significant. Consequently, it is essential to strengthen the role of government audits and promote industrial structure upgrading to enhance the positive contribution of financial agglomeration to economic development.

The participation of property service enterprises in community home-based elderly care is an important measure for China to actively respond to the aging population. Considering the synergistic effect of property service enterprises and elderly care institutions, and introducing the value of negative feedback from elderly users, this paper constructs a tripartite evolutionary game model of property service enterprises, elderly care institutions, and the community to analyze the evolutionary stability of the strategic choices of different actors. The results show that: the value of negative feedback from elderly users can effectively inhibit the generation of collusive behaviors, promote the active collaborative service of property service enterprises and elderly care institutions, and reduce community supervision costs; increasing government subsidies and penalties will increase the willingness of property service enterprises and elderly care institutions to participate and reduce their willingness to collude; increasing the revenue of elderly care services and reducing costs are also important ways to improve collaborative elderly care services. These results will provide reference for alleviating the government爷s financial pressure from elderly care, adding value and empowering property service enterprises and elderly care institutions, and improving the quality of elderly care services.

Achieving high-quality development in enterprises requires not only the support of the external environment but also the leadership and impetus from internal managers. This paper selects a sample of A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2012 to 2022 to empirically test the impact of managerial ability and organizational resilience on the high-quality development of enterprises and the internal mechanisms. The findings are as follows:Managerial ability significantly positively influences the high-quality development of enterprises. Organizational resilience serves as a mediating role between managerial ability and high-quality development of enterprises, whereby managers leverage their comprehensive abilities to enhance organizational resilience, thus promoting high-quality development. Environmental uncertainty weakens the positive relationship between managerial ability and organizational resilience, while digital transformation of enterprises strengthens the positive impact of managerial ability on high-quality development. This study enriches the research on the mechanisms of managerial ability, organizational resilience, and high-quality development of enterprises, providing strong theoretical support and practical guidance. It helps enterprises to seize development opportunities in the new era and also provides a scientific basis and reference for government policy-making.

To enhance the accuracy of transformer fault diagnosis based on machine learning, a transformer fault diagnosis method using NRBO-XGBoost based on Dissolved Gas Analysis (DGA) is proposed. The Extreme Gradient Boosting (XGBoost) model is selected. The Newton-Raphson-based optimizer (NRBO) is combined with XGBoost to iteratively search for the optimal model parameters. In each iteration, the performance of the current solution is evaluated, and the XGBoost model is retrained using the optimal parameters obtained. A significant improvement in model performance is observed by comparing the results before and after optimization. The performance of the NRBO-XGBoost method is evaluated through a case study, demonstrating the effectiveness of the proposed method for transformer fault diagnosis, with good convergence and high accuracy.

This paper proposes a hyperspectral unmixing algorithm based on the weighted residual synergetic graph constraint NMF(WRGNMF), building upon the foundation of sparse graph constraint NMF. In the standard NMF algorithm, a residual weighting mechanism is introduced. This strategy processes the values in the residual according to the weighting factor, providing appropriate weights for the reconstruction errors between each original pixel and the reconstructed pixel during the unmixing process, thereby enhancing data fitting accuracy and improving noise resistance. Simultaneously, to fully utilize the spatial information of spectral images, the l

norm is employed to enhance the sparsity of the abundance matrix, and graph regularization is used to maintain the affinity of the data structure. Both simulated and real experiments demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm, which not only improves unmixing accuracy but also exhibits greater robustness to noise.

Replacing the low-pressure sodium lamp with a laser significantly enhances the traditional single-slit diffraction experiment, which traditionally suffered from limitations such as the need for individual observations through a microscope eyepiece, a limited number of diffraction fringes, unclear effects of parameter adjustments on the diffraction patterns, challenging operation, and stringent environmental requirements. This improvement makes the experimental demonstrations more efficient, straightforward, and visually clear. A Matlab program has been developed to simulate the single-slit diffraction experiment, allowing students to adjust parameters and directly observe the diffraction phenomena themselves. Additionally, students can engage in hands-on exploration of singleslit diffraction using simply a laser pointer and white paper after class. By integrating simulation with hands-on experimental operations, controlled experiments are conducted on variables such as slit width, wavelength, and screen distance. The results from both experiments and simulations align well with theoretical predictions, which could enhance students' understanding of diffraction concepts.
