In the early years following the establishment of the People's Republic of China, rural society in newly liberated areas was in dire need of restructuring the rural land systems to foster economic development. The land reform movement emerged as a response to this need. In Feixi County, the land reform was facilitated through various methods of publicity and mobilization, including conducting land reform experiments, forming land reform task forces, organizing village meetings to hear villagers' grievances, establishing farmers' associations, and consolidating the achievements of land reform. These efforts enabled grassroots cadres, farmers, and students from the East China People's Revolutionary University to participate in the land reform movement in Feixi County, thereby ensuring its smooth implementation. By examining the diverse actors and methods involved in the publicity and mobilization efforts in Feixi County, this study concludes that contemporary rural publicity and mobilization work should consistently adhere to the leadership of the Communist Party of China, focus on central tasks, implement the mass line to transform the Party's policies into the proactive actions of the masses, and innovate publicity methods to enhance the effectiveness of rural publicity work.

Community corrections procuratorial supervision ensures the smooth and safe execution of community correctional penalties by comprehensively supervising correctional institutions and subjects throughout the entire process. This supervision facilitates the reintegration of correctional subjects into society and achieves the dual objectives of lawful correction and social governance. Research indicates that the current structure and operation of community corrections procuratorial supervision, including the composition of the supervision team, the focus of supervision content, and the specificity of supervision methods, have undermined the governance functions of community corrections. Therefore, it is necessary to adapt to the trends in criminal enforcement reform and establish a governance-oriented approach to community corrections procuratorial supervision. By leveraging the strengths of city-level rule-of-law governance, optimizing the supervision model, strengthening team capacity, and enhancing intelligent safeguards, we can modernize and improve the governance system and capabilities of community corrections procuratorial supervision.

The innovative theories of the Communist Party of China (CPC) serve as the ideological cornerstone for guiding youth in political matters. Equipping young people with these theories necessitates using language and methods that resonate with them, thereby effectively conveying the Party's innovative theories in a youth-friendly manner. Immersive experience programs, which are well-received by young people, provide a distinctive medium for this youth-oriented interpretation. However, the integration of immersive experiences into the youth-oriented interpretation of these theories faces practical challenges such as misinterpretation, deviation, and distortion. To address these issues, it is essential to adhere to the interpretative goal of "cultivating talent for the Party", harness the collective power of "empowerment and integration" in interpretation, and create interpretative contexts that encourage co-creation among young people.

The current credit repair system for bankrupt enterprises faces several issues, including insufficient legislative systematization, ambiguous responsibilities of regulatory authorities, weak information governance capabilities, lack of differentiated dynamic regulatory models, and imperfect supervision mechanisms. These issues hinder the high-quality and efficient operation of credit repair for bankrupt enterprises. The integration of cloud-native architecture with fields such as finance and logistics has already achieved significant success. Its features, such as distributed architecture, DevOps, and trustless technologies, align well with the systematic construction requirements of credit repair systems for bankrupt enterprises. Within the existing legal framework for credit, it is essential to further improve the credit supervision system for bankruptcy reorganization, clarify the responsibilities of regulatory authorities, enhance their information governance capabilities, accelerate the construction of differentiated dynamic regulatory models, and contribute to the establishment of a unified large market

The punitive damages system serves three primary functions: providing relief, imposing punishment, and acting as a deterrent. It is a crucial mechanism for promoting fair market competition and plays a significant role in maintaining competitive order. Currently, in the realm of regulating unfair competition, there are issues such as the unreasonable scope of application, unclear conditions for application, and inappropriate determination of punitive damages amounts. To address these issues, the application of the punitive damages system should be further refined. This includes rationalizing the scope of application, clarifying the conditions for application, and reasonably setting the amounts of punitive damages. These improvements could help promote fair competition and advance the economic development of our country.

The poetry collections of talented women in the Ming and Qing dynasties were mostly compiled by their male relatives, and the phenomenon of deletion and modification was very common. Taking the famous female poet Wang Duan's Zi Ran Hao Xue Zhai Poems as an example, in the year following her death, which was the nineteenth year of the Daoguang reign (1839), her husband's family and her natal family respectively published two versions: a ten-volume edition by Chen Wenshu and a five-volume edition by the Wang family's Zhen Qi Tang, with significant differences in content. The ten-volume edition fully includes Wang Duan's poetry, while the fivevolume edition has many deletions and modifications. These two versions create different images of Wang Duan, reflecting the views of editors Chen Wenshu and Wang Shisun based on different perspectives. Chen Wenshu placed personal feelings and self-identity on talented women and female texts, while Wang Shisun emphasized family and regional identity in relation to talented women and their works. Wang Shisun subtly downplayed the traces of the Chen family and highlighted the presence of the Wang family when editing the poetry collection, which can be seen as a struggle between these two views on talented women in the field of female poetry collection compilation.

Shen Deqian's Anthology of Tang Poems adopts the principle of "Taking Li Bai and Du Fu as the Tenet", distinguishing his positioning of Li Bai and Du Fu's poetry from the most representative Tang poetry anthologies of previous eras. This approach emphasizes the prominence of Li Bai and Du Fu, constructing an aesthetic ideal that prioritizes Du Fu while integrating poems of both poets under the concept of their complementarity. The selection of poems by other significant poets in the Anthology of Tang Poems revolves around this aesthetic ideal. Shen Deqian paid particular attention to exploring the poetic lineage and connections between Li Bai, Du Fu, and these poets. Clarifying the specific manifestations of Shen Deqian's principle of "Taking Li Bai and Du Fu as the Tenet" in the Anthology of Tang Poems is essential to understanding how his anthology reinstates the core value of Li Bai and Du Fu in Tang poetry.

In the protection of traditional villages in the Huizhou region, issues such as the neglect of the continuity of local cultural context have emerged. There is an urgent need to find a contemporary method to deeply explore the landscape characteristics, landscape genes, and application value of traditional villages. Taking Xixinan Village as the research object, a system of five major elements—location, layout, environment, architecture, and culture—and sixteen specific identification indicators were formed to summarize the landscape gene map of Xixinan Village. By analyzing the landscape characteristics of Xixinan Village, excavating landscape cultural genes, grasping landscape development characteristics, restoring the natural environment carrier, and positioning the cultural tourism image, a protection strategy for traditional villages in Huizhou is proposed based on the practical case of Xixinan Village. This strategy focuses on "excavating landscape information elements, defining landscape information points, constructing landscape information corridors, and restoring landscape information networks."

During the War of Resistance Against Japan, the Communist Party of China (CPC) placed great emphasis on knowledge learning as a crucial task to elevate the overall education level in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border region. However, some cadres and soldiers feared difficulties and became lax, and some even questioned the significance of knowledge learning. To guide the trend of knowledge learning, Jiefang Daily in Yan’an extensively reported on knowledge learning models, portraying them as individuals who valued learning, employed appropriate methods in practice, and balanced study and work in their daily lives. Besides detailing their deeds, Jiefang Daily also emphasized discourse expression by interpreting these model deeds. The knowledge learning models reported by Jiefang Daily depicted the learning landscape of the Party, government, military, and civilians in the ShaanxiGansu-Ningxia border region during the War of Resistance Against Japan. This historical narrative provides invaluable insights for the current construction of a "learning-oriented party".

During the War of Resistance against Japan, the New Fourth Army resolutely persisted in long-term resistance behind enemy lines, delivering heavy blows to reactionary forces such as the Japanese puppet regime, while also suffering significant casualties. Consequently, the ability to continuously and stably obtain logistics supplies and ensure the safety of officers and soldiers became critically important. The natural environment and the brutal war made the logistics support work of the New Fourth Army exceptionally challenging. Adapting to the war situation, the New Fourth Army employed flexible strategies, including sourcing from the enemy, self-sufficiency, and assistance from allies, to fulfill the troops’ needs in living necessities, ordnance, and medical care. These efforts effectively ensured the survival and combat capabilities of the troops, providing a solid foundation for the growth and success of the New Fourth Army and the ultimate victory in the War of Resistance against Japan. Summarizing these experiences offers valuable insights for advancing military and national strength in the new era.

During the final years of the Late Qing period, the occupation of Dongsha Island by Japanese businessman Nishizawa Yoshiji sparked diplomatic negotiations between China and Japan. As a prominent newspaper of the revolutionary faction, the Shenzhou Daily provided distinctive coverage of the Dongsha Island incident. It emphasized the reproduction and critique of Japanese press commentary, correcting any misinformation. It also integrated modern international law and practical statecraft principles into the sovereignty protection efforts for Dongsha Island. Furthermore, it reflected on the historical lessons of the incident, highlighting the shortcomings of late Qing diplomacy and underscoring the significance of coastal governance. A systematic study of Shenzhou Daily's reports not only provides insights into the understanding of maritime crises by the progressive bourgeois revolutionaries of the late Qing period, but also explores their use of the press to disseminate new knowledge on international law, diplomatic responses, and maritime governance, as well as their role in awakening national consciousness.

The Lienü Zhuan sections in the four local chronicles of Baoding from the Ming and Qing Dynasties include numerous accounts of officially recognized women's deeds. This paper examines the criteria for women's inclusion in these biographies and summarizes the reasons and impacts. Generally, only women who exhibited chastity, filial piety, intelligence, longevity, or had many children were eligible for inclusion in the Lienü Zhuan. The variations in categories and numbers of women listed across different chronicles reflect changes in the standards for evaluating women and also indicate shifts in the historical context. Given the formulaic nature of the Lienü Zhuan in local chronicles, the deeds of the women included should be examined from multiple dimensions and not simply viewed as instances of coercion and oppression.

The teaching philosophy of "moral education first" has always been at the center of university education, yet its effective implementation remains a significant challenge. This paper systematically explores the connotation of student-centered moral education in higher education institutions, analyzing the increasingly severe ideological, moral, and ethical issues faced by college students and their current circumstances. It proposes a practical framework for student-centered moral education in the new era from four dimensions: guiding the moral education goal system with socialist core values, enriching the moral norm system with contemporary elements, fostering students' autonomy through practical activities, and directing the moral education process with individualized approaches.
