Abstract: As a new field of linguistic research, language landscape is increasingly attracting the attention of more scholars. Language landscape is also an important dimension to reflect the image of a city. Based on the field study of two representative scenic spots in Hefei City—Sanhe Ancient Town and Wanda Theme Park, this paper describes the characteristics of the language landscape by collecting language materials, specifically analyzes the language signs from the perspective of English translation, and then proposes optimization strategies for language landscape translation, with a view to providing reference for the construction of language landscape in Hefei and the standardization of language landscape translation.
