新工科背景下高校实验室风险的分析与控制

摘要: 为提高高校实验室的安全管理能力,基于高校实验室安全的研究现状,在新工科背景下分析高校实验室风险的主要来源,总结实验室风险控制的原则与工具,提出防范高校实验室风险的措施与建议。新工科和高校实验室安全是现阶段研究热点。研究结果表明,实验技术与人员意识风险是导致其他风险产生的主要原因,高校实验室风险随环境风险因素的增多而增大,风险意识会随时间延长而逐渐减弱。针对实验室风险识别、评估与控制的工具有很多,需要根据实验室的实际状况选择合适的工具,在时代背景下高校需要与时俱进、因地制宜与相互协作来管理实验室安全。

Abstract: To improve the safety management capabilities of laboratory in colleges, based on the research about laboratory safety in colleges, the main sources of risk in university laboratories were analyzed under the background of new engineering. The principles of risk control were summarized, and countermeasures were proposed. Results show that both new engineering and laboratory safety in colleges have become research focuses nowadays. The experimental technology and personnel awareness were the main source of the other risks. The increase of environmental risk factors in the laboratories always result in the increase of risk. Commonly, the risk awareness would gradually weaken over time. There are many tools for laboratory risk identification, assessment and control. we
should select appropriate tools for different laboratory risk situations. So, the colleges should keep up with the times choose suitable measures and collaborate with each other to manage laboratory risk.
