Abstract: The training of outstanding journalism and communication personnel is the reform and innovation of journalism and communication education in colleges and universities under the framework of the new liberal arts, and it is also the new demand for personnel training in the development of media integration. However, currently the colleges and universities have the problems of ambiguous positioning, lack of characteristics, blindly following the trend, and separation of knowledge and action in the training of outstanding journalism and communication personnel. It is urgent to optimize the path of personnel training. Based on this, this paper puts forward the "one, two, three, four" reform path, which is, with morality education as one center, focusing on the two priorities of integrity and innovation, constructing a three-dimensional integrated personnel training model of "liberal arts and sciences + old and new + knowledge and action" from the three aspects of knowledge structure construction, full media skills training, and professional quality improvement, and exploring the new pattern of cooperative education by four parties of "university + government + media + enterprise".
