Abstract: The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy was proposed on the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. The issuing of the rural revitalization strategic plan (2018-2022)is conducive to solving the stage contradiction in the development of rural economy and society. The entrepreneurial practice of college-graduates village officials is restricted by external factors such as regional environment, policy guarantee and support system, as well as internal factors such as entrepreneurial motivation, entrepreneurial ability and social resources. By establishing the mechanisms of guidance, guarantee, support, service, adjustment and incentive, efforts can be made to promote the long-term development of entrepreneurship of college-graduates village officials, which will enhance the implementation of rural revitalization strategy
