Abstract: The construction of grass-roots teaching organizations in colleges and universities must be based on major characteristics and personnel training objectives. On the premise of distinguishing majors, study on the construction of grass-roots teaching organizations can improve school management and the quality of personnel training. Based on the index requirements of "double-base" construction in Anhui Province, the paper points out the problems and optimization paths of grass-roots teaching organizations for law majors in terms of institutional structure, functions, and advantages and characteristics. To build a model grass-roots teaching organization for law majors, we must form a scientific and flexible organizational system, give full play to the functions of teaching construction and teaching reform, and form distinctive major advantages in terms of quality culture, school-running ideas, practical skills and subject competitions, so as to strengthen the functions of grass-roots teaching organizations for law majors and improve the training quality of applied law personnel in the new era.
