Abstract: The construction of urban cultural space is an important measure to promote national reading. In recent years, Hefei has vigorously promoted the construction of new urban reading space represented by Yue·Study, and achieved remarkable results. Hefei Yue·Study mainly adopts the operation mode of purchasing social service,cooperative Library and commercial integration. However, in practice, there are some problems, such as decentralization of library and store, low efficiency of management, single-mode publicity and amateur clerks. The problems can be solved by strengthening institutional cooperation, innovating management methods, expanding publicity channels, increasing staff training and introducing social capital.
