As an important psychological resource, positive psychological capital has important significance for promotion of comprehensive quality and all -round development of college students. Based on construction of mathematical model and data analysis, it is found that the supply effects of positive psychological capital on comprehensive quality of innovation and entrepreneurship from different dimensions are significant. Among many elements, self-efficacy is the most significant impact, and the effects from optimism and hope are also good, while the effects from resilience are special. In conclusion, the successful development and accumulation of positive psychological capital is important for college students' comprehensive development and their growth into high quality innovative talents.#br# #br#
