课程思政的提出既是课堂教学的理论要求,也是新时代中国高等教育具体实际的实践要求,是理论与实践结合的产物。课程思政本身包含着理论创新性和实践指向性的双重发展向度、显性育人和隐性育人结合的双重教学特征、教育普遍性和学科具体性统一的双重价值要求,构成了课程思政的内在理论特征。中国高等教育发展的逻辑必然,思想政治理论课改革的现实需要,构成了课程思政的现实依据。课程思政的建构和良性发展,坚持马克思主义指导是前提,打造专业教师队伍是关键,利用好课堂教学主渠道是重点,坚持新发展理
