摘要/Abstract

摘要： 新时期，随着我国社会主要矛盾的转化和在国际社会影响力的进一步提升，中国共产党在国内面临新的发展任务，在国际面临新的责任担当。这一时代背景下，更加突显提升党的领导软实力的紧迫性。党的领导软实力，不仅成为决定国家富强、民族振兴的重要因素，更是党加强自身治理和社会治理的重要手段。党的领导软实力主要包括党的领导认同力、影响力、亲和力、形象力和战斗力，是党具有的内在吸引力。而这一吸引力的重要来源，需要通过夯实习近平新时代中国特色社会主义治党战略内涵体系，包括思想、组织、作风、反腐和制度五个层面的从严建设，以此为提高党的领导软实力开辟新的发展通道。

Abstract: In the new period, with the transformation of the main social contradictions in our country and the promotion of our influence in the international community, the Communist Party of China is faced with a new development task at home and a new responsibility in the international community. Against this background, it is more urgent to highlight the soft power of the
party′s leadership. The soft power of the Party′s leadership is not only an important factor in determining the prosperity of the country and the rejuvenation of the nation, but also an important measure for the Party to strengthen its own governance and social governance. The soft power of the Party′s leadership includes the Party′s leadership identification, influence, affinity, image and combat power, which is the inherent attraction of the Party. The important source of this attraction is to consolidate the strategic connotation system of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new Xi Jinping era, including five aspects of ideology, organization, style, anti-corruption and institution, in order to open up a new channel for improving the soft power of the Party′s leadership.
