Abstract: The view of labor means the general understanding and fundamental view of labor. In recent years, the live webcast industry has risen and developed rapidly. Under the influence of webcasting, there are some practical problems in college students' view of labor, such as insufficient understanding of the meaning of labor, inadequate correction of labor attitude and insufficient cultivation of labor spirit. To further optimize the cultivation path of college students' labor concept under the influence of webcasting, we can update the cultivation concept to help students fully understand the significance of labor; improve the cultivation methods to help them actively correct the labor attitude; optimize the cultivation environment and carry forward the labor spirit, so as to enhance the effectiveness and timeliness of cultivating college students' labor concept and promote their healthy growth in the live webcast environment.
