摘要/Abstract

摘要： 农村体育基本公共服务供给对于农村经济社会文化发展具有重要推动作用。70 年发展，农村体育基本公共服务取得长足进步。运用文献资料法、问卷调查法和访谈法等方法，以历史和现实视角，对我国农村体育基本公共服务供给机制发展演变、实然状况与特征进行梳理，并对其绩效展开分析，探讨存在的现实困境，在此基础上阐释新时代农村体育基本公共服务供给机制创新的迫切性和具有条件。

Abstract: The supply of basic public services in rural sports plays an important role in promoting the development of rural economy, society and culture. In the past 70 years, great progress has been made in the basic public service of rural sports. By using the methods of documentation, questionnaire and interview, this paper combs the development, evolution, actual situation and characteristics of the basic public service supply mechanism of rural sports in China from the historical and realistic perspectives, analyses its performance, explores the existing practical difficulties, and explains the urgency and conditions for the innovation of the supply mechanism of the rural sports public service in the new era.
