Abstract: Integrating implicit education into university law courses essentially involves embedding ideological and political education within the legal curriculum. This approach takes the form of implicit legal education and aims to cultivate outstanding legal professionals in the new era through moral education. To fully and effectively harness the implicit educational functions of law majors in universities and to promote the comprehensive integration of legal education into the broader ideological and political framework of higher education, it is recommended to apply the SAMR model to law course instruction to innovate the implicit education model for law majors in Chinese universities. This paper analyzes the current issues in the practice of implicit education in law majors at Chinese universities and proposes reforms and innovations in teaching methods and content using the SAMR model. Using commercial law courses as a case study, the paper explores the application paths of implicit education for law majors under the SAMR model, providing innovative educational model references for training socialist legal professionals with both moral integrity and legal expertise in the new era in China.
