Abstract: Enhancing employment assistance for persons with disabilities is a crucial aspect of advancing the cause of disability support in the new era. The effectiveness of adaptive training for persons with disabilities is key to the seamless integration of training practices and employment guarantee mechanisms. From an adaptability perspective, training for persons with disabilities involves a holistic adaptation logic that encompasses the external environment, employment systems, school education, and the psychological well-being of individuals with disabilities. Currently, in the national disability training initiatives, there are several challenges: the construction and maintenance of a barrier-free environment are inadequate, the targeted support provided by employment guarantee mechanisms is relatively limited, school education and training programs are somewhat misaligned with societal needs, and there is insufficient social attention to the mental health of persons with disabilities. To achieve effective integration between training and employment guarantee mechanisms in the new era, it is essential to: (1)collaboratively build and promote the effective utilization of a barrier-free environment,(2)establish a comprehensive and systematic employment support mechanism involving multiple stakeholders,(3)strengthen the linkage between school education and community-based practical training, and (4)enhance positive psychological education for persons with disabilities.

Key words: adaptive training, training for persons with disabilities, employment guarantee, effective integration
