劳动观是人们对劳动总的认识和根本看法。近年来网络直播行业兴起并迅猛发展，在网络直播的影响下，大学生的劳动观存在对于劳动意义的认识不足、对于劳动态度的端正不足和对于劳动精神的养成不足等现实问题。优化网络直播影响下大学生劳动观念的培育路径，可以从以下三个方面着力：更新培育理念，全面理解劳动意义；改进培育方法，积极端正劳动态度；优化培育环境，深入弘扬劳动精神。以便增强大学生劳动观培育的有效性和时代性，促进大学生在网络直播环境下健康成长。

The view of labor means the general understanding and fundamental view of labor. In recent years, the live webcast industry has risen and developed rapidly. Under the influence of webcasting, there are some practical problems in college students' view of labor, such as insufficient understanding of the meaning of labor, inadequate correction of labor attitude and insufficient cultivation of labor spirit. To further optimize the cultivation path of college students' labor concept under the influence of webcasting, we can update the cultivation concept to help students fully understand the significance of labor; improve the cultivation methods to help them actively correct the labor attitude; optimize the cultivation environment and carry forward the labor spirit, so as to enhance the effectiveness and timeliness of cultivating college students' labor concept and promote their healthy growth in the live webcast environment.
