党的十九大提出实施乡村振兴战略，印发实施乡村振兴战略规划（2018-2022 年），有利于解决农村经济社会发展阶段性矛盾，促进乡村振兴。大学生村官创业实践，受到区域环境、政策保障、帮扶体系等外在因素，以及创业动力、创业能力和社会资源等内在因素的影响和制约。通过积极对接乡村振兴战略，构建完善保障、扶持、服务、调整、激励和引导六个方面机制，促进大学生村官创业长效发展，助力乡村振兴。

The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy was proposed on the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. The issuing of the rural revitalization strategic plan (2018-2022)is conducive to solving the stage contradiction in the development of rural economy and society. The entrepreneurial practice of college-graduates village officials is restricted by external factors such as regional environment, policy guarantee and support system, as well as internal factors such as entrepreneurial motivation, entrepreneurial ability and social resources. By establishing the mechanisms of guidance, guarantee, support, service, adjustment and incentive, efforts can be made to promote the long-term development of entrepreneurship of college-graduates village officials, which will enhance the implementation of rural revitalization strategy
