大学生睡眠质量、体育活动、屏幕时间与主观幸福感的相关性研究

Study on the Correlation between Sleep Quality, Physical Activity, Screen Time, and Subjective Well-Being of College Students

摘要: 大学生日常生活行为与主观幸福感紧密相关。采用问卷法对1165名大学生开展调查,分析当代大学生主观幸福感、睡眠质量、体育活动和屏幕时间的现状,探讨睡眠、体育活动、屏幕使用对主观幸福感的影响。结果显示:大学生主观幸福感处于中上水平,低年龄者相比于高年龄,有爱好者相较于无爱好者,参加课外活动者相较于不参加者,主观幸福感均更强烈;主观幸福感与睡眠质量、屏幕时间显著负相关,与体育活动显著正相关。回归分析发现,在控制人口学混杂因素后,睡眠障碍、日间功能障碍、睡眠质量自评、睡眠时间负向预测大学生主观幸福感,运动频率正向预测大学生主观幸福感。结论为提升大学生主观幸福感提供行为指导的参考依据。

Abstract: The daily behaviors of college students are closely related to their subjective well-being. This study conducted a survey on 1165 college students using a questionnaire method, analyzed the current status of subjective well-being, sleep quality, physical activity, and screen time of contemporary college students, and explored the impact of sleep, physical activity, and screen use on subjective well-being. The results show that the subjective well-being of college students is at a medium to high level, and those who are younger, have hobbies, and participate in extracurricular activities have better subjective well-being. Subjective well-being is significantly negatively correlated with sleep quality and screen time, and significantly positively correlated with physical activity. Regression analysis found that after controlling for demographic confounding factors, sleep disorders, daytime dysfunction, self-rated sleep quality, and sleep time negatively predict the subjective well-being of college students, while exercise frequency positively predicts the subjective well-being of college students. The conclusion provides a reference for behavioral guidance to improve the subjective well-being of college students.
