摘要: 以刮板输送机的尾轴为研究对象,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对其进行静态特性分析及动态特性分析。在静态分析结果的基础上,通过nCode DesignLife软件对尾轴进行疲劳特性分析,确定了尾轴寿命不安全区域的位置,为刮板输送机的进一步优化提供了理论参考。

Abstract: This article takes the tail shaft of the scraper conveyor as the research object, and uses the finite element analysis software ANSYS to analyze its static and dynamic characteristics. On the basis of the static analysis results, the fatigue characteristics of the tail shaft are analyzed using nCode DesignLife software, and the location of the unsafe area of the tail shaft life is determined, providing theoretical reference for further optimization of the scraper conveyor.
