The Value, Challenges and Countermeasures of Rural Preschool Labor Education in the Context of Rural Revitalization

摘要: 乡村振兴为农村学前教育注入重要的发展指引和深厚动力,农耕民俗等乡村优秀传统文化更为农村幼儿劳动教育提供了丰厚的精神文化土壤,有利于农村幼儿劳动教育特色化高质量实践。为便于农村幼儿园教师明晰农村幼儿劳动教育的价值与实践必要性,基于文献梳理和具身实践,观察分析了乡村振兴视域下农村幼儿劳动教育的价值意蕴,并在实践中发现当下存在家、园、社重视度较低、教师实践能力弱、课程构建浅显且乡土特色不突出、幼儿低质参与等困境。对此,基于乡村振兴、劳育等理论与农村教育实际提出对策,以期为实施具有乡村特色的农村幼儿劳动教育提供新思路,并为提升其教育质量提供一些实践启示。

Abstract: Rural revitalization has provided important development guidance and impetus for rural preschool education. Rural traditional culture such as farming customs has offered rich cultural soil for rural preschool labor education, which is conducive to the high-quality practice of rural preschool labor education. In order to help rural kindergarten teachers to understand the unique value and practical necessity of rural preschool labor education, the study analyzed the value of rural preschool labor education from the perspective of rural revitalization based on literature review and personal observation, and found in practice that there are challenges such as insufficient attention from families, kindergartens, and communities, inadequate practical ability of teachers, weak curriculum construction, lack of local characteristics, and low quality participation of children. In this regard, based on the theoretical requirements of rural revitalization and labor education, and the current situation of rural education, the countermeasures are put forward, so as to provide reference for the implementation of rural preschool labor education with rural characteristics, and provide enlightenment for improving rural education quality.
