基于ABAQUS的电机转子有限元分析

ABAQUS 在工程结构分析中有较高的应用价值。以洗衣机中DD变频直驱电机转子为研究对象，创新性地应用ABAQUS 软件分析技术，计算分析电机转子在三种不同的转速和扭矩的工作状态下，其强度是否满足安全使用要求，以防止由于设计不合理导致电机在使用过程中存在安全隐患。应用ABAQUS 有限元分析，可提高洗衣机电机设计的可靠性，缩短开发周期，为洗衣机变频直驱电机的设计以及优化设计方案提供技术参考。

FINITE ELEMENT ANDLYSIS OF MOTOR ROTOR BASED ON ABAQUS

ABAQUS has high application value in engineering structure analysis. This paper takes the rotor of DD frequency conversion direct drive motor in washing machine as the research object, creatively applies the ABAQUS software analysis technology, calculates and analyzes whether the strength of motor rotor meets the requirement of safe use under three different working conditions of rotating speed and torque, and prevent the improper design of the motor in the use of safety risks. The application of ABAQUS finite element analysis can improve the reliability of the design of washing machine motor, shorten the development period, and provide technical reference for the design and optimization design of direct-drive motor with frequency conversion of washing machine.
