“后扶贫”时期地方高校资助育人转型研究

摘要: 从消除绝对贫困的精准脱贫时期迈入纾解相对贫困的“后扶贫”时期,地方高校资助育人面临着对象、目标、方式和管理上的转型发展趋势。习近平教育扶贫思想为地方高校资助育人转型提供了价值立场和方法路径,是高校资助育人转型的理论指引和基本遵循。构建“后扶贫”时期地方高校资助育人转型发展路径,应当从实现资源分配精准化、资助方式多维化、资助主体多元化、资助管理智慧化四个方面加以探索和完善。

Abstract: From the precise poverty alleviation period of eliminating absolute poverty to the "post -poverty alleviation" period of relieving relative poverty, local universities and colleges are faced with the transformation trend of funding students in terms of objects, goals, methods and management. Xi Jinping's thought of poverty alleviation by education provides a value and theoretical guidance, and a path for the transformation of local universities and colleges' funding for students. To construct the transformation path of funding students in local universities and colleges in the post-poverty alleviation period, we should explore from four aspects: realizing accurate resource allocation, multi-dimensional funding methods, diversified funded subjects and intelligent funding management.
