主体间性下法学双师同堂教学——以“刑事诉讼法学”课程为例

摘要: 双师同堂教学模式是新锐的教学模式之一,主体间性理论的解构使其呈现出更加明朗的内饰。对法学包含刑事诉讼法学双师同堂的实践总结,有利于澄清其本身的优劣。研究在双师同堂理论解析和实践总结的基础上,针对刑事诉讼法学适用的双师同堂教学模式,提出具体的优化方案和行之有效的做法,丰富了地方应用型法学本科的教学方式。

Abstract: Two teachers teaching in the same class is one of the new teaching models, whose internal structure can be better presented by intersubjectivity theory. Practice summarization on two teachers teaching law courses including criminal procedure law course is helpful to clarify its quality. Based on theoretical analysis and practice summarization, this paper proposes specific optimized and effective method to enrich teaching methods suitable for criminal procedure course in application-oriented local undergraduate education.
