This article takes the tail shaft of the scraper conveyor as the research object, and uses the finite element analysis software ANSYS to analyze its static and dynamic characteristics. On the basis of the static analysis results, the fatigue characteristics of the tail shaft are analyzed using nCode DesignLife software, and the location of the unsafe area of the tail shaft life is determined, providing theoretical reference for further optimization of the scraper conveyor.
