In the more than 100 years of its ideal and belief construction, the Communist Party of China has always adhered to the theoretical guidance of Marxism, emphasizing the implementation of the basic tenets of Marxism on the premise of understanding; the Party has always adhered to the basic "people-centered" position, and meet the requirements of "everything for the masses, everything relying on the masses". We must always adhere to the basic principle of unifying the highest and lowest programs, correctly understand the dialectical relationship between the two, and accurately grasp the practical combination of the two; we should always adhere to the fundamental method of "learning, thinking, practicing, and understanding", strengthen the four steps of learning, thinking, practice, and comprehension, in order to constantly elevate the Party's ideal and belief construction to a new level of practice.
