Abstract

Evaluating the coordination between construction industry and economic development is an important way to promote regional high-quality development. Under the background of high-quality development, this paper measures the development level and coupling coordination level of construction industry and economy through comprehensive evaluation and coupling coordination models, and analyzes them from two perspectives of overall timing and comparison of the Yangtze River Delta region. The research shows that the development levels of construction industry and economy in Anhui Province show a fluctuating upward trend, but the coordination level of the two is slowing down year by year, which is mainly affected by the innovation ability of the construction industry, green technology, and economic financial structure. At the same time, compared with other areas in the Yangtze River Delta, Anhui Province has insufficient development in terms of economic increment, industrial structure and investment in the construction industry, and the system coordination level is the lowest; but the development level of each subsystem is growing faster. Therefore, it is suggested to continue to improve the economic construction, enhance the innovation level of construction industry, accelerate its green development, and further enhance the coordination between construction industry and economic development.
