Abstract

The effective exemplary role of rural party members is an important embodiment of the rural party branches' core leadership in the process of villagers' autonomy. In recent years, although rural party members in northwest China have made achievements in playing an exemplary role, they still need to be aware that due to the influence of many factors, there are still a lot of outstanding problems. To this end, we need to explore various ways to promote rural party members to play an effective exemplary role: innovating the way of ideological and political education of rural party members to build a solid ideological fortress; effective development of rural party members to improve the unreasonable structure of party members; promoting the party members to connect with households to enhance the rural party members' initiative to play a pioneering role; strengthening the construction of village party branches by improving the restraint and incentive mechanism.
