Abstract: During the epidemic of COVID-19, some schools actively use various online platforms and resources to teach online in order to carry out teaching activities unceasingly. Due to the characteristics of network engineering major of Chaohu University, there is no suitable online platform, which will have an impact on the quality of online teaching. In order to carry out the online teaching better, according to the needs of teaching, MIHA online learning system for network engineering major is developed in a customized manner from the aspects of modular course management, homework similarity analysis and learning effect analysis.
