在文献分析和借鉴国内外学者关于教学投入相关测量工具研发的基础上，编制了包含时间投入、行为投入和情感投入3个因子的《应用型本科院校教师教学投入问卷》。采用随机抽样的方式对来自全国31个省份的2 207位教师展开问卷调查，调研数据的信度和效度检验结果显示，该问卷具有良好的内部一致性和结构效度；验证性因子分析证明了上述理论模型结构的合理性。为确保应用型本科院校教师教学投入评价的科学性，从明确教学评价指标、创新教学评价方法、科学实施教学评价、教学评价过程动态化及有效运用评价结果等五个方面明确了教学投入评价体系的实践路径。

Based on the literature analysis and reference to domestic and foreign measurement tools related to teaching engagement, a questionnaire on the teaching engagement among applied university teachers was developed, which includes three factors: time engagement, behavioral engagement and emotional engagement. A survey was conducted using random sampling among 2 207 teachers across 31 provinces nationwide. The reliability and validity tests of the survey data show that the questionnaire has good internal consistency and structural validity; confirmatory factor analysis validates the theoretical model's structure. To ensure the scientific assessment of teaching engagement at applied universities, the study delineated a practical pathway for the evaluation system, which includes defining evaluation indicators, innovating evaluation methods, scientifically implementing evaluations, dynamizing the evaluation process, and effectively utilizing the results.
