the above situation, through quantitative analysis and literature research, this paper analyzes the current employment prospects for graduates and explores the university student training mode. It discusses the shortcomings in
current education, teaching, and employment guidance in universities, and proposes measures of optimizing the curriculum system and strengthening school-enterprise cooperation. The study hopes to promote the reform and innovation of student training mode and improve the level of education.
