卓越新闻传播人才建设是我国新闻传播教育在新文科框架下的改革和创新，也是媒体融合发展对人才培养的新需求。但当前部分高校在卓越新闻传播人才培养上普遍存在着定位模糊、特色缺失、盲目跟风、知行分离的现象，亟需对人才培养的路径进行优化。据此，研究提出了卓越新闻传播人才培养的“一二三四”改革路径，即以立德树人为中心，抓住守正为本、创新为王两个重点，从知识结构搭建、全媒体业务技能培养和专业素养提升三个方面着手，构建“文理+新旧+知行”三维融合式人才培养模式，探索“高校+政府+媒体+企业”四方协同育人新格局。

The training of outstanding journalism and communication personnel is the reform and innovation of journalism and communication education in colleges and universities under the framework of the new liberal arts, and it is also the new demand for personnel training in the development of media integration. However, currently the colleges and universities have the problems of ambiguous positioning, lack of characteristics, blindly following the trend, and separation of knowledge and action in the training of outstanding journalism and communication personnel. It is urgent to optimize the path of personnel training. Based on this, this paper puts forward the "one, two, three, four" reform path, which is, with morality education as one center, focusing on the two priorities of integrity and innovation, constructing a three-dimensional integrated personnel training model of "liberal arts and sciences + old and new + knowledge and action" from the three aspects of knowledge structure construction, full media skills training, and professional quality improvement, and exploring the new pattern of cooperative education by four parties of "university + government + media + enterprise".
