中国传统哲学智慧蕴含丰富的育人价值，它所包含的刚健有为、自强不息的价值追求，过犹不及、和而不同的辩证思维模式，经世致用、追求超越的人生态度，重伦理、扬理性的人文主义情怀等，对于促进当代大学生涵养高尚人格，坚定文化自信，最终成长为堪当大任的“时代新人”都具有十分重要的意义。着眼于传统哲学智慧的时代局限，要引导大学生学会运用马克思主义科学世界观和方法论正确分析看待传统哲学智慧，让传统哲学智慧在大学生奋力拼搏的学习实践中，更好地发挥应有的育人作用。

The traditional Chinese philosophy contains rich educational value. It contains the value pursuit of energetic and vigorous self-improvement, the dialectical thinking mode of harmony without uniformity, the attitude of life of pragmatism and pursuing transcendence, and the humanistic feelings of stressing ethics and promoting rationality. It is of great significance to promote contemporary college students to cultivate noble personality, firm cultural confidence, and finally grow up to be worthy of the important responsibilities of the new era. Focusing on the limitations of traditional philosophical wisdom, it is necessary to guide college students to correctly analyze and treat traditional philosophical wisdom by using Marxist scientific world outlook and methodology, so that the traditional philosophical wisdom can play a better role in educating students in their study and practice.
