为了探究新基建能否推进贸易强省建设，文章采用2012年到2019年安徽省16个城市的面板数据，借助空间计量模型以及门槛模型来分析新基建对安徽省贸易强省建设的影响。空间计量模型的实证结果表明：新基建能够通过吸引外商投资以及促进技术溢出等路径推动安徽省贸易强省的建设，新基建水平每上升1%，出口技术复杂度与进出口规模将平均增长0.030%与0.230%。门槛模型的实证结果表明：新基建对安徽省贸易强省建设的影响存在一定的边际报酬递减的情况。研究结果对安徽省推进贸易强省建设具有借鉴意义。

In order to explore whether new infrastructure can promote the construction of a leading province in trade, this paper uses panel data of 16 cities in Anhui province from 2012 to 2019 to analyze the impact of new infrastructure on the construction of a leading province in trade with the help of spatial econometric model and threshold model. The empirical results of the spatial econometric model show that new infrastructure can promote the construction of Anhui province as a leading province in trade by attracting foreign investment and promoting technology spillover. If the level of new infrastructure increases by 1%, the complexity of export technology and trade scale will increase by 0.030% and 0.230% on average respectively. The empirical results of the threshold model show that the impact of new infrastructure on the construction of strong trading province in Anhui province has a certain degree of diminishing marginal returns. The findings of this paper have reference significance for Anhui province to promote the construction of a leading province in trade.
