庐江郡在汉时属于扬州刺史部，具有优越的军事战略价值，但由于位置相对远离政治中心，西汉时其在整个政权体制中的地位并不突出，自西汉末始，随着社会政局的变化，庐江郡的军事功能开始逐步凸显。作为庐江郡的最高行政长官，在不同的社会时期，太守的选任及政治活动也呈现出了不同的特点。文章通过对两汉庐江郡太守群体的考察，探析了太守的选任、迁转、政治活动与整个社会政局的密切关系，丰富了两汉官僚政治史研究。
In the Han Dynasty, LuJiang prefecture belonged to Yangzhou, and had superior military strategic value.But because its location was relatively far away from the political center, the position of Lujiang prefecture was not outstanding in the whole political system during the Western Han Dynasty. Since the end of the Western Han Dynasty, with the change of social political situation, the military function of Lujiang prefecture began to be gradually highlighted. The selection and political activities of the prefects, the highest administrator of Lujiang prefecture, also showed different characteristics in different social periods. This paper probes into the close
relationship between the selection, relocation and political activities of the prefects, and the whole social political situation through the investigation of the prefects of Lujiang prefecture in Han Dynasty, which enriches the study of the history of bureaucracy and politics in Han Dynasty.
