摘要

从空间属性的变迁角度和发展脉络展开分析，研究刘老圩自建立以来，空间属性的形成背景及其属性产生变化的理论依据。通过阅读相关文献资料，并深入实地进行现场考察，研究从演练防御、将帅府第尧、地主宅居、公有资产和文旅商用五个空间属性展开说明。得出结论，圩堡空间的属性跟随社会背景与环境、建筑空间产权的变化而产生变化，经过时代的更迭和发展，促成了圩堡空间属性形式的多样化。

Abstract

From the perspective of the changes and development of spatial attributes, we study the background of spatial attributes formation and the theoretical basis for the attribute changes since the establishment of Liulaowei.By reading relevant literature and conducting in-depth fieldwork, we will illustrate the five spatial attributes of the pueblo, including defense exercises, the generals忆 residence, the landlords忆 residence, public assets, and cultural and tourism places. It is concluded that the spatial attributes of the pueblo have changed with the social background and environment, and with the property rights of the building space. The development of the times has contributed to the diversification of the pueblo space attributes.
