城市文化空间建设是推动全民阅读的重要举措。近年来，合肥市大力推进以“悦·书房”为代表的新型城市阅读空间建设，取得了显著效果。合肥市“悦·书房”主要采取购买社会服务式、合作办馆式和商业综合体式等运营模式，但在实践中也存在馆店分散化、管理低效化、宣传单一化和店员业余化等问题，需要从加强机构合作、创新管理方式、拓展宣传渠道、加大店员培训和引入社会资本等领域进行有针对性地解决。
The construction of urban cultural space is an important measure to promote national reading. In recent years, Hefei has vigorously promoted the construction of new urban reading space represented by Yue·Study, and achieved remarkable results. Hefei Yue·Study mainly adopts the operation mode of purchasing social service,cooperative Library and commercial integration. However, in practice, there are some problems, such as decentralization of library and store, low efficiency of management, single-mode publicity and amateur clerks. The problems can be solved by strengthening institutional cooperation, innovating management methods, expanding publicity channels, increasing staff training and introducing social capital.
