新时期加强美育工作，是高校培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人的重要环节。基于高校美育工作工具化边缘化现状及美育育人效度冲击的时代境遇，有必要回归美育工作本位，从美育主体的“心理-行为”结构出发，深化课程改革，提升教学艺术，完善美的认知；优化顶层设计，增强活动内涵，丰富美的情感；把稳网络阵地，净化网络生态，强化美的意志；拓展实践平台，加强实践指导，创新美的行为。充分挖掘并发挥其他育人体系的协同美育功能，为美育工作“大美育”化提供思路。

To cultivate comprehensively developed socialist builders and successors, colleges are bound to focus on aesthetic education. In view of the current instrumentalized and marginalized status of college aesthetic education and its challenging educating validity, it is necessary to return to the development of aesthetic education itself. Under the guideline of "psycho-action" construction, colleges are subjected to deepen curriculum reform and improve teaching art to improve the cognition of beauty; optimize the top-level design and enhance the connotation of activities to enrich the emotion of beauty; stabilize the network control and purify the network ecology to strengthen the will of beauty; expand the practice platform and strengthen practical guidance to innovate the behavior of beauty.
