由新型冠状病毒引发的肺炎疫情给人民群众正常的生产和生活秩序带来了极大的影响，也引起了全社会对病毒性传染性疾病的重视。研究结合新型冠状病毒的特点，从微生物学课程教学内容的补充与调整、网络教学与建构主义教学法相结合的教学模式的应用、良好的卫生习惯、人与动物和谐共处的理念以及社会责任感的培养等方面，阐述了在当前新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控的严峻形势下引发的对微生物学课程教学改革的思考。

The outbreak of COVID-19 caused by the new type of coronavirus has a great influence on the normal production and life order of the people, and has also caused the whole society to attach importance to the viral infectious diseases. From the characteristics of the new coronavirus, the supplement and adjustment of microbiology course content, the application of teaching mode of combining network teaching with constructive teaching method,the building of good hygiene habits, the concept of harmony with animals and the cultivation of social responsibility,this paper expounds the thinking on reform in microbiology course in the current severe situation of prevention and control of COVID-19.
