摘要

2019-nCoV 的疫情危机效应引发了包括大学生在内的应激心理问题，部分大学生开始出现焦虑、失眠、无力、精神倦怠、食欲减退，甚至出现了与新冠病毒肺炎相似的乏力、低热等症状，也有一部分大学生开始过度关注自身情况，过量刷阅疫情资讯等。在此背景下，本研究采用量表测量法，分析了大学生在疫情灾害防治中的心理现状，探讨了疫情危机中可能引发大学生不良心理状态的原因，提出了大学生可以运用积极心理学的理念，合理认知、主动调试、积极行动，方能战胜疫“情”危机的应对策略。

Abstract

The crisis effect brought by the 2019 -nCoV epidemic has caused stress psychological problems in college students. Some college students began to suffer from anxiety, insomnia, weakness, mental fatigue, anorexia,and even symptoms like fatigue and low fever similar to the 2019-nCoV. Also, a considerable number of college students began to pay too much attention to their own situation and read the epidemic information too much. In this context, this study adopts the method of measuring scale to analyze the present psychological status of college students in the epidemic crisis, discusses the causes of college students忆unhealthy psychological state, and It is suggested that college students can use the concept of positive psychology, reasonable cognition, active debugging and active action to overcome the epidemic crisis.
