校企合作人才培养信息化工作平台建设研究

校企合作人才培养信息化工作平台建设研究

摘要：对校企合作人才培养工作进行了研究，从校企合作人才培养信息化工作平台建设的任务和方法入手，构建了研究模型；对校企合作信息管理、项目组织管理、工作过程管理、互动教学及管理以及学生综合评价等模块的功能进行了阐述；利用UML建模方法进行了系统功能的分析和设计。该平台的建设与应用促进了校企合作人才培养机制的形成，实现了“互联网+校企合作人才培养”。

Abstract: This paper studies talent training in school-enterprise cooperation. It starts with the task and the method of con#br# structing informational work platform of talent training in school enterprise cooperation and constructed the research model.#br# Functions of information management, project organization and management, work process management, interactive teaching and management, comprehensive evaluation of students in school-enterprise cooperation are explained; system functions are analyzed and designed with mothed of UML. Construction and application of this platform promotes the method of talent training in school-enterprise cooperation, and realizes "Internet + talent training in school-enterprise cooperation".
